  1. Even my iron will could not resist the power of the summer sale. Continuing on that note, TTW is a bit of a project. I've been trying to read up on the TTW forum (I'm afraid STEP has spoiled me a bit, it ain't no STEP over there, seems maybe more chat oriented). I'm finding it a bit challenging to get up to speed, although if I understand correctly its the FO3 mods and FNV global overhauls that require patching & care (the FNV specific mods that don't cross-pollinate to the Capital Waste should be copasheeshee). Anyways, I think I have the appropriate mods patched & can proceed with assembling a MO / TTW profile for some early testing.
  2. I guess great minds think alike Sgt. I haven't found a magic overhaul I like enough to replace ACE's module. I'm curious to see the next iteration of Enchanting Overhaul, the mod has potential but the current version doesn't quite fit my style.
  3. It even fixes bed ownership so you can bunk in Doc's patient rack. Not sure if it slices/dices/juliens but it also addresses the not-so-abandoned house the prospector squats in & the junk outside the general store.
  4. I notice you even had a hand in this, I picked your option 'cause it's my kind of flower. Chin up your highness, feel the love.
  5. Good find, now I just need to get my ass (pack mule that is) to Solsteim.
  6. BUM ftw, and LUM would be great. I really like the easy to use interface, its well worth the additional app.
  7. I'm a big fan of old school ACE & its Realistic Fighting combined with Deadly Combat and Stealth Skills Rebalanced. Add SIC / HLE / SkyTest and DCO / Deadly Dragons / Deadly Monsters with OBIS Redone and you've got your work cut out for you. If you decide to take the plunge, in whole or in part, do your reasearch, there's compatibility patches for a lot of these (ACE/SSR, SIC/HLE & SIC Skytest). I've found this to be a great enhanced to vanilla, customizable on-the-fly with MCM and stable as far as scripts go (at least with Wet & Cold, throw Frostfall and needs mods into the mix at your own risk).
  8. Thanks, makes sense as these changes seemed like no-brainers. I'm knee deep in TTW forum reading and "sticking pins" in a few FNV mods as I try to build an initial TTW profile to begin testing (man its been a long time since I've been in DC, really excited to see it through FNV iron sights). SRB: thanks again for the $5usd Steam Sale tip, finally got me off my hind end on purchasing FO3 GOTY (last time I played was on a console).
  9. Tannin built us a very powerful tool in MO, but of course there's a learning curve (which is easier to climb together).
  10. Here's a fix to consider (I know you're working on other things, this & the last bunch are intended to be a reminder for later and a link others can use to do some testing of they're interested). Ownership Tweaks For Doc Mitchell And Goodsprings by Brilliant
  11. Instead of "I deselected Moonlight Tales Main 2_05 to make sure that its ESP file was not loaded." leave it selected in the left pane & use the right click menu to open the information window and move the Brevi_MoonlightTales.esp to the top window hiding it. You should be good to go, its working fine for me, MCM menu & NPC events are as expected.
  12. Thanks for clarifying, sounds like a Serenity user like myself would be most pleased with the originals and others could choose accordingly. I didn't put enough thought into my original post, just assumed (without thinking it through) that the screenshots would be representative of everyone's experience (obviously not as some use enb, some don't, different enb presets vary greatly, etc.).
  13. Misc Items - Use as Weapons by Yukichigai Perks for Challenges by Gribbleshnibit8 Sortomatic Faction Safehouses by Gribbleshnibit8 For your consideration.
  14. Really fantastic work, and great screenshot comparison. I really like the idea of desaturated version for the older works and regular for the more modern, great suggestion. I bet a STEP specific version, or FOMOD option that sorted the sat/desat choices would be much appreciated (certainly by me).
  15. No handle for Core, Handle/DLC optional for extended (and my personal choice). & if EssArrBee has a "phial effect replacer that ups the power of it so that it worth using in game a lot more", maybe it could be submitted to the mod author for possible hosting on the Nexus page under optionals (so I can download a copy)?
  16. Here's something to consider for the more nomadic of us, a mobile base in a cube truck or the classic made popular on t.v.
  17. Sorry, could be I ways thinking of my FNV setup. My Skyrim reads as follows E:SteamLibrarySteamAppscommonSkyrimMopyWrye Bash.exe Obviously change the directory to yours, but Wrye Bash.exe launches as expected for me.
  18. Wrye Smash should be installed to SkyrimMopy and when using the Mod Organizer executables tab browse to that location and select the "Wrye Bash Debug" icon (kudos to EssArrBee for that tip). Wrye Smash should now launch correctly (albeit in debug mod, but that shouldn't be an issue).
  19. Good to know, I'll definitely keep it in my current profile (sounds really well done), but I might hold off on adding it to new ones.
  20. Good thinking, I dropped this note on the EGO thread in the STEP forum: "Some good things to consider regarding EGO; It has a handy FOMOD, so if you want to skip CWO no problem just don't check its box, hurrah buffet-style. Also, if you are plagued by dragon corpses stalking you, sevencardz may have you covered: Dragon Stalking Fix" DCO's Nexus forum is where I got tipped off to the console fix, and I believe sevencardz is active in providing support on it's forum so things are probably covered there. Also, I dropped a note on Deadly Dragons forums as I use that with DCO.

  22. Follow up to my statement re- bashed patch, after SRB's answer I've got my default bashed patch (the non-MO) in priority 0, and my profile specific bashed patch (handled as a mod) last in my left pane install order. That way if I fumble while juggling various profiles I'll get my last patch specific to the relevant profile instead of one created for another profile but not moved to its mod folder. If that didn't make sense to you ignore it and follow EssArrBee's F&L guide advice.
  23. I am still keeping my bashed patch at the bottom of the left pane in MO. I place NVAC (nvse plugin as mod) in the 0 priority, reason being when I placed a mod I expected to see overwrite/be overwritten the conflicts tab/column wasn't supporting the theory that priority 0 trumps all. Admittedly it was late, and maybe the gist of the priority 0 theory was that it overwrites without showing the conflict, just to be safe I placed NVAC there since it wouldn't conflict either way. Maybe someone knows more and can elaborate on this to better answer yur question.
