  1. How do I created a mod from my bashed patch? I've right-clicked on bashed patch,0 but it doesn't offer me the option to "create mod". Having one for each profile would be great, I have an "overwrite mod" for each Skyrim character this would be a logical extension and preferable to re-bashing constantly.
  2. I just launched Wrye Flash (using the debug exe mentioned above) and it operated as expected, I see the patch in the "right pane" and mousing over it shows me the patched files (all 22 of them). The bashed patch,0 in the "left pane" is the default from the FNV Data directory (outside of MO), right?
  3. Good advice, I'll leave Spice of Life and NV Interiors intact, no sense "fixing" something that isn't broke. I should probably reign in my desire to throw a bunch more mods on the pile as well. I'm purging my FNV mod archive as we speak, just retaining a few interesting items; Dragonskin Tactical (no bonus pack), For the Enclave, the remaining Cut Content mods (no Open Freeside).
  4. Gotcha, shame there's no FNV-pick or integrated MO functionality for same. Any reason I shouldn't consider cracking the bsa for Nevada Skies, NV Interiors, Better Burned Man, A Better Cass, Spice of Life, or CaliberX? Or is it trial and error, troubleshoot and report kinda thing?
  5. Looks like Ultimate FNV + FlashlightNVSE & Willow take us to 23 bsa files, leaving about a dozen more before it gets problematic? I went ahead and cracked Bison Steve, and I'm doing the Advanced Recon trio now, that will put me at 32 bsa files.
  6. Re- extraction: would that include the Advanced Recon Gear.bsa & the Advanced Recon Tech.bsa?
  7. Got it, knew it would be something simple, per the guide: "The possibility of physical and mental collapse is now very real. No sympathy for the Devil, keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride." - Raoul Duke. By now fatigue to modding this wacky game is probably setting in, but the end is very near. Just a few post installation errands before killing raiders, running way around Cazadors, and emptying the caps of caravans will be all that awaits." Added BOSS data to my previous post (in case you want to compare the two for any reason). Alright, time to Flash a patch, then merge. Yup, just needed to use the debugger instead of trying to shoehorn the python app in ... and there go 22 plugins into the Flash patch, sweet.
  8. I'm getting a fail code for Wrye Flash launched from MO, "failed to spawn Wrye Bash Launcher.pyw"; failed to start process (error code 193) Any suggestions? I installed Python step by step per the guide. I populated the MO exe fields by hand since it didn't recognize a pyw extension. Anybody see what I am missing (probably something obvious)?
  9. Here's my current LOOT report (I'll set up BUM next, but this shows who's dirty) There's a couple extra mods in there (like the Bison Steve & NPC Project), but pretty much pure F&L. * Oh, I already cleaned Tales of the Burning Sand's esm. Okay here's my BOSS as well;
  10. Your new installer works great, asks re- PN in both Complete & Custom installs. So yes to #1 & #2, I'll have to let you know about the rest as I'm still setting up my MO install.
  11. ... which is derived from TES5 DLC assets. Sorry for finishing your sentence, but you did leave it hanging out there. Nice work with the adaptation of Auriel's Bow btw. And regarding Beth's income stream, how often do these games come out? I purchse the DLC as it becomes available because full price amortized over 5+ years is still only $20usd or so per year for a game I play the hell out of.
  12. Love your treatment, honors the Morrowind nicely. Easy to read and pleasing to the eye.
  13. Nice evolution to Bandoliers Bags and Pouches. Just installed it, crafted an ore bag, like it.
  14. I will definitely check that out, once the Nexus regains its faculties. In the meantime I'm, finally, going to switch to MO for my FNV install. Besides, goats can be hard catch, so cleaning may take a while. Update: FWIW I'm ab le to download from the FNV corner of the Nexus, haven't checked Skyrim.
  15. I do not, I was hoping to grab the whole set, but ... Nexus.
  16. I found it on Source Forge.
  17. Been trying to DL the MO 1.2.5, but "No Servers" is the response I get.
  18. IIRC a previous emperor made (re-)creating a big boy his pet project, but that is another story.
  19. "I left out the fixed Dagger Alley, Dawn of Windhelm, Raven Rock as the contain repaired navmeshes, and of course REGS Cities + CRF patch as previously discussed." Could be landscape edits were part & parcel to repairing the navmesh issues, in any event leaving these out of my merge seemed to solve my problem Pro Tip (from Double You): After running the merge script; EXIT TES5Edit, re-launch TES5Edit loading your new merge plugin, THEN ERROR CHECK. I wasn't finding errors in my previous patches because I was error checking without closing the application & it wasn't properly detecting them (even though I was only selecting the merged patch, maybe because the original mods were still loaded in TES5Edit?).
  20. See my post on page 91 of this thread Posted 19 June 2014 - 07:03 PM
  21. Good on you for making the ask. I found when merging key REGS files that have navmesh corrections (see my post above, and the response) that it wasn't as simple as the lat one winning (or the winning wasn't as desired) since it left me with holes in terrain south of Whiterun (that 1st step is a doozy, at least water down there, way way down there).
  22. Realvision author Skyrimtuner has his own archive here that contains the .251 binary Really odd that your having this issue with the new binary, I'm running Serenity ENB with the .254, and STEP Core (Unofficial patches specifically) plus plenty additional mods without similar issue. My understanding of ENB (limited, although I've used one for some months) is difficult to reconcile with your USKP experience, I'm at a loss to come up with a conflict between those two items (they shouldn't directly interact or conflict, should they?). Wouldn't the problem need to lie elsewhere, memory shortage or mod plugins in conflict? tl;dr wouldn't this "added optimized vanilla files - no crash; enabled unofficial patches - crashed" be the most likely issue? could the optimized vanilla files be the culprit, maybe the optimizing went awry?
  23. Yup, I've only checked out Lakeview Manor so far, but that was great. Should pair nicely with Aemer's refuge since that has tele-portals to the vanilla homes once you own them. And the Druid's Den, of course, so I can give audience to my loyal subjects from a proper throne.
  24. I always DL from Nexus manually, rename & archive the file (thanks OCD!) and then drop in MO downloads directory & install. Finally getting to the relevent part of my post, I notice that Nexus allowed me to choose a server before, now it automatically selects one for me, and I have faster response so thanks Nexus.
