I hope he will fix the other meshes as well when he's at it, but I'm afraid he won't. I tried to point it out to him months ago and he ditched it as being how the vanilla game is, even thought other people said it was his meshes.

Good luck with that.  The only way you might convince him is to go through lifestorock and have him speak to the author.  From what I've seen the author has been observed to listen to lifestorock in the past.  Prometheus is known to be very difficult to reason with.

 

EDIT: Of course you know that... A while back didn't you get in trouble here for bad-mouthing about the author here in the STEP forums due to the communication frustrations?  lol

I have no idea. And yes the guy is much more difficult do reason with than Cabal120 and that's something. Language barrier mostly, but not just that. But I don't want to post any flames.

I installed this mod to use with STEP:Extended, do I need the Better Dynamic Snow Patch since there is BDS meshes in the Step Compilation I believe?

 

And if I do, when I activate the Prometheus_NSUTR BDS Patch.esp, it needs the Better Dynamic Snow.esp as a master.

Should I merge it with the Step Extended Patch.esp for it to work or just install The Ruffled Feather choosing only Better Dynamic Snow?

I figured it out alone again...

 

BDS isn't being in STEP:Extended, meshes with the same names as some of the ones in BDS (The Ruffled Feather) are provided by SMIM excepted shrinebase.nif.

 

I guess I can remove the BDP patch then. ;)
