I was just looking for some weather enhancers and he made a few mods for this :)

 

Not sure about performance hit, I have not tested it yet properly. The guy in the above video mentions it's minimal though.

To be honest I wish Climate of Tamriel had an MCM menu. I swear it seems like rains too often and too long (talking about a day long storm that ends for like five minutes before raining again). It'd be nice if it had an option to have kind of an automatic variants for weather where this could be one of the options.

Agreed. This becomes quite annoying when combined with Frostfall - it seriously interferes with exploring outside.

Survived one rain storm so far and I like it, I would prefer this in addition to the vanilla storms (as rare storms) rather than a replacement but I can try and change that myself at some point :)

I am pretty sure this doesn't replace any weathers in the game. It just adds new ones that appear randomly. It would be weird if Manny got rid of diversity and had his storms override all others.

But does it alter just the more severe ones or all of them? From what I remember it only altered the severe ones but I may be wrong :/
