I'll repeat my posts on the Dyndolod boards. @ Z929669: I can confirm it's a Dyndolod/TexGen issue. When I don't use TexGen everything works fine (except for the missing textures of course). I previously used Dyndolod Alpha 145 and it didn't have the problems. Unfortunately the DRM is blocking me from using it (downloaded it via the WaybackMachine). I do not believe TexGen to be at fault. Your logs are protected on your drive. This is likely a variation of the bug depicted here: What display resolution are you using? Perhaps you upgraded to a 4k monitor and TexGen is selecting a higher resolution LOD texture to generate, which is potentially inflating the size of the object lod atlas too full, so it is splitting and degrading the texture at runtime. But shouldn't we leave that file as it is, and do any overrides to it in falloutcuston.ini? Or is it that any modifications to entries in fallout.ini or falloutprefs.ini should be made in those files, and if an entry doesn't exist in those files, it goes in falloutcustom.ini? I hadn't tested going to that high of resolution, not for a long time at least. I know that the lod folder isn't there. however I don't know why it isn't there as I've tried to verify my game files, and launch the game from steam afterwards. neither of those gave me a fix. not sure what's going on there. if someone could lend some knowledge I'd appreciate it. Is Synthesis being run through Mod Organizer? yes, and yes. but for some reason after reinstalling FOLIP which was the one thing I had yet to think of trying it worked now. so thanks for getting back to me with the questions you asked that made me reinstall it. although I'm also having an issue with texgen. it keeps giving me this error, Textures\DLC03\lod\Landscape\Trees\RedPineHalf01_s.dds. and I'm not quite sure why. my landscape mod's BA2s LODs are extracted into a separate mod in MO2 so that they're loose files and will be read properly, but this seems to be an issue from something else. I have all the LOD fixes that I need such as weston water LOD fix for example. and like my last post said I have already verified my game files, so I don't think it's that either. do you or anyone else have an idea? Since reinstalling FOLIP fixed your first issue, my guess is your installation of Far Harbor 3d Tree LODs is similarly wrong, which would explain an error involving it.
