This is a compatibility patch created and maintained by the respective authors of Audio Overhaul for Skyrim SE and Immersive Sounds - Compendium.

I think the result might be a comprehensive and more realistic soundscape.

Wait... this wasn't on the list yet? I have been using this for years and never had any issues with it. Even with trying out the new fangled Sound Record Distributor I had no issues.
