Mercury71 Posted November 8, 2021 Posted November 8, 2021 In another guide i see some additional installation tweaks for SkyUI. 1. Adding Skyrim.esm as a master for Sky_UI.esp in xEdit. 2. Flagg Sky_UI.esp as .esm and .esl in xEdit. (The first one is bc acording to that guide SkUI spews out errors in xEDit) Can anyone smarter than me judge if any of these are worth to consider?
D1Z4STR Posted November 8, 2021 Posted November 8, 2021 does not matter. You can turn off those errors if you get them in SkyUI's MCM in the error checking section 1
z929669 Posted November 8, 2021 Posted November 8, 2021 Agree. We avoid adding instructions that would manifest no noticeable change in game ... to keep things as simple as possible (even though none of it is really 'simple' to begin with).

Don't know about the errors, but I trust the others. However, changing to ESM doesn't matter as the mod is all new records. So ESM or ESP...doesn't matter. ESL flag can be set.
Arel Posted January 22, 2022 Posted January 22, 2022 This mode has a fix called Fix Note icon for SkyUI (SKSE64 plugin) should it be included in the guide?
