TechAngel85 Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 Discussion thread:Realistic Ragdolls and Force by dDefinderWiki LinkJust adding this thread. The mod is already included in STEP; however, there was no discussion thread for it.It's been updated: V1.9-Updated humanoid ragdolls to match changes made in patch 1.8.-Minor neck and spine changes-Removed dragon, skeever, and horse ragdolls.
Farlo Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 Moved to Animations & Effects. If the mod's already included in STEP it's thread should be in the Anthology. Actually, since v2.2.1 is pretty much pinned down we should start doing this for all the newly included mods. This deserves a discussion in the Moderator thread (or at least not here), but I'm not sure if we ever came to a conclusion on whether or not to keep removed mods in the Anthology or move them back to the Suggestions forum.
Octopuss Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Author says to add bEnableFileSelection=1 to skyrimprefs.ini under [launcher], but this information is missing in the STEP guide. Should it be added?
rootsrat Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Author says to add bEnableFileSelection=1 to skyrimprefs.ini under [launcher], but this information is missing in the STEP guide. Should it be added? This only allows for the ESPs to be activated in Skyrim's launcher window. No need if you use any mod manager.
lexo1000 Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 HiIm using the Realistic version of this mod but my characters go flying when he die..
TechAngel85 Posted January 22, 2015 Author Posted January 22, 2015 HiIm using the Realistic version of this mod but my characters go flying when he die..You have vsync enabled and running properly?
Neovalen Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 I get this as well, not sure what the cause is but it's minor annoyance imo since I'm already dead. :)
A_Dim_Mismatch Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Being completely honest, I can't really tell the difference between the different versions, except that on "Realistic" things seem to fly about the map a tiny bit less than usual.
H2Odk Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Don't know if this is the correct place to ask... but this mod contain files not included in the STEP Extended Patch, its esp also has an entry that hasn't been copied to the STEP patch... Should I still not install it?
afonik Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I'm also flying... a lot!Could it be XP32 related? The Ragdolls description states:"Ragdolls will conflict with other mods that change the skeleton.nifYou don't need to use the following patch if you already use xp32 skeletons or are not using other mods that change the skeleton.nif."
TechAngel85 Posted February 7, 2015 Author Posted February 7, 2015 Make sure you guys are running FNIS when installing/updating/changing these mods. I have none of these issues, so it's either on the user's end or it's a rarer/random issue that only effects some users.
Tigrael Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 For those who are having issues going flying at death, do you have Skyrim Enhanced Camera installed? It's a known issue with that mod.
BUBISHI Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 (edited) Have a question about the installation of this mod in STEP extended: What does the description: "STEP Extended Patch users can remove the plugin from this mod. All other files are required." When I'm using STEP extended Patch then I -> install the mod as usual through Mod Organizer, then double-click it the left pane, go to Optional ESPs and move the Realistig Ragdoll Force -Realistic.esp up from Available ESPs to Optional ESPs? -> I skip this Mod -> I open it in Explorer and delete the dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic.esp. Sorry, it's late at night and I'm not a native speaker. Edited January 16, 2016 by BUBISHI
Tobi Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 It means that you can move the plugin to the optional esps section, or just remove it when you install it, your choice.
