Lexy's: Legacy of The Dragonborn Special Edition

Recommended Posts

Finally got around to trying to install this.  I am trying to do the Heads Up Display merge and I keep getting this error:

Failed to merge ----->Heads Up Display Merge, Cannot create file "G:\Skyrim SE Utilities\Merge Plugins 2.3.1\merges\----->Heads Up Display Merge\interface\translations\Heads Up Display Merged_spanish.txt". The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

Any idea what is causing this?

Never mind I figured it out!

I still found it hugely beneficial to the Scarcity, You Hunger, survival, museum hunting playthrough

For what I can read, LOTD use some similar system like in MorrowLoot for new items that comes with LOTD, but does it change loot drop for vanilla higher level items also?

What about enemies, to my understanding, LOTD do very little, am I right?

Edit:

From sirjesto in LOTD comments at nexus:

This mod has none of the features of Morrowloot, just some of the artifacts. You will need the patch to ensure you don't get duplicates.

either something like that or reduce the wind noise, Im not a fan of too much wind noise, and skyrim have in my opinion too much "microphone wind" :P

Anyway, I think this can be done as a easy tweak for personal taste after installing this pack, and therefore I dont think mods that do small tweaks is something that need to be included in the pack, but Im not sure what DarkladyLexy thinks about small things like this...

ah Ok I will think about the issue Morrowloot is a bit of a mere to patch correctly

Hi. I would like to have more options for character creation. Is it safe to add ECE to this, and where would you suggest placing it in the left pane?

I have never used ECE so can't advise i do know users have used Racemenu. I have not added cos a. I can create a character from vanilla and b. I don't want to add Racemenu until is out of Alpha.

This has been on my radar for a while just not got around to testing it but I will bump it up my list.

You should replace the links for the 2K Dark Brotherhood retextures by cunny1975, as the links in the guide are down, he's combined his 3 mods into https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16133

I was wondering when he/she would do that will have sort that out tomorrow now.

Oh snap, time to change chars again  ::D:

Is Immersive Animations working properly for everyone? It has an alteration of the sneak animation, I believe, where everyone's supposed to be down on one knee rather than doing that awkward bouncy-crouch vanilla thing. However I only see it on my own char (via PCEA2). If I remove PCEA2 nobody uses it. I know I installed it with that option (reinstalled to double-check) but I can't get it to show up on NPCs in game.

I've had no issues with it. A lil bit of CRing but nothing major. Ultimately there's tons of patches out there already. I have them all merged

Think what she is alluding to is Morrowloot can be a pain to patch. It's not difficult just time consuming and, to be honest, she doesn't have a lot of time on her plate at the moment. Her work has got busy.

If ECE's been converted, you probably would be fine. I'd suggest placing it fairly early in the left pane. Say after all the fixes etc but definitely before things like the quests mods etc. Basically in a similar sort of position as Racemenu sits in the guide for Oldrim.

Well if you need a hand let me know, I've had my current load order geared around an MLU/LoTD playthrough. Been working on it for months (on and off). My C.R is quite tidy and makes MLU/LoTD play nice. For the patched you can merge them all then slap a Delev/Relev on it and it plays nice with *almost* everything. It's not like the headache patching in You Hunger or anything like that  :P
