memnochs Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 4. Click on the Unblock option next to the Security detail which says... I can't find this at all when I right click and select properties. Is this still valid? 3) finally, the " Stability Performance Optimization ENB Configuration - a Comprehensive Guide by Sthaagg" Did you pull the relevant parts out, or am I to go through the whole nexus mod steps and descriptions. ThxUnblocking is needed only if you face an access problem, i don't have windows 10 but it seems logical that this option doesn't appear if it is not needed. This part in an direct extract from my guide, this explanation is for everybody (MO / NMM / users without mod manager) that's why I'm not very accurate on this point ;)My guide is dedicated to optimization so it still worth to read it (even if it is a wall of text ^^) especially in conjunction with the excellent DarkladyLexy's mods setup.
Eudeyrn Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 (edited) Hey guys, the guide looks great, decided to give it a go. Just going to ask questions as I go along. 1) The Crash Fixes section, just noted a small inconsistency. "Check if you have a file named named "CrashFixPlugin_preload.txt" in Data\SKSE\Plugings (beside CrashFixPlugin.ini and CrashFixPlugin.dll), if not, create it." Since this is in mod organizer, should be "right click on crash fixes, open in explorer, etc... correct? 2) Right click on the dll file. Select Properties Click on the General tab in the Properties window. 4. Click on the Unblock option next to the Security detail which says... I can't find this at all when I right click and select properties. Is this still valid?I have Windows 10, I can confirm that the Security section of the General tab only appears if the file is currently being blocked. Here's an example of what you would see if you needed to unblock. If you see nothing, then you don't need to do anything. Edited December 6, 2017 by Eudeyrn

Even the antivirus advice, I use Avast, think I'm using Avira not, will need to check when I get home.
Kneph13 Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 Female Facial Animations was updated to version 2.0
Nebulous112 Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 Hey Lexy, FYI, version typo: aMidianBorn Textures for Immersive Armors is actually v1.1 (in the guide it is 1.0). Edit: Also, is there any reason that the install order in the guide is the following? - 1) Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade2) Clothing and Clutter Fixes3) Weapons and Armor Fixes Kryptopyr mentions on each one of those Nexus pages that it is recommended to be opposite: 1) Weapons and Armor Fixes2) Clothing and Clutter Fixes3) Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade That is also how LOOT sorts the plugins. Not sure if it matters - I don't know enough to tell you whether the scripts and stuff that are some of the overrides are the same or not.
DarkladyLexy Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 Hey Lexy, FYI, version typo: aMidianBorn Textures for Immersive Armors is actually v1.1 (in the guide it is 1.0).So it is that just a typo in the version number likely a copy and paste error. Not sure if it matters - I don't know enough to tell you whether the scripts and stuff that are some of the overrides are the same or not.that is the way Neo had them for SRLE Base so we just stuck with them. Edit: noticed that STEP even doesn't follow Kryptopyr advise they have it 1) Clothing and Clutter Fixes.2) Weapons and Armor Fixes.3) Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade. Can someone with more Scripting Knowledge then me confirm which way round it should be.

ConfigofHead Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 (edited) OK can i ask how does yours compare to what we already have in the guide?I added an outfit from RS Children Overhaul and changed the face/hair, I uploaded an image to the mod page if you want to see it. The one currently in the guide just removes the neck seam created by RS Children as far as I know. Edited December 7, 2017 by ConfigofHead
