iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes shouldn't be touched, correct? The reason is because I was tempted to follow this guide: https://www.rcrncommunity.com/five-quick-skyrim-tweaks-you-may-not-know Now that I know, I'll just walk away from it I tried out Kuldebar's tweaks, but no way, I pulled them out. Loading times were faster and I'm not sure if that's a good thing. What bothered me was that the top of my screen was tearing so bad as I moved around and made turns. Back to the drawing board.

I had a question about the JK mods. Anyway we can make it less difficult to run on lower end PCs? Even with Alternity's reduced textures, Markarth runs at 15 FPS ;_; MAybe someone can make a version with less objects, only keeping the neccessary stuff in huh :) When I took off JK's Skyrim, those towns weren't the same, even with ETAC on, it wasn't as pretty. Please STEP brothers and sisters!! -
So is this the result of all the hard work you guys put in I'm gonna try out that shadow LOD lines fix that appear from a distance, and I hope you guys have something for the lego shadows on NPCs and so forth. You guys/gals are awesome btw Ok I tried the fSplitDistanceMult=4.0000 option a few pages back and I still get those shadow lines from a short distance. I hope you guys find the solution. Btw, I don't use ENB and my FOV is at 81. I just read that FOV can mess up shadows.

Strangely, I've never come across any of those ugly textures in-game, or I wasn't paying attention. I'll probably find them now, because of this awareness. So the red box is the area he's worked on so far? He's got a long way to go, but I wish him some patience to get it all done. -

Yep, you have to limit yourself and stay on path to enjoy some role-playing. My personal favorite is the the Bonelord of Worms. This is the first character build I saw and inspired me to do my own with mods. Edit: sorry to go offtopic -

Ok following up on my quest to find a damsel follower and a shot into the darkness. Couldn't I use TES5Edit for change the AI behavior on a NPC follower mod? Please say yes! If I change the AI, anything else I need to do besides that? This will be my third time using TES5Edit and I feel confident this can work if it's that simple. Thank you. -

I was about the start a thread until I saw this. Here goes nothing.. This idea is based on A noncombat follower from Reddit. He's requesting for a type of follower that will not engage in combat, but flee into the opposite direction. This reminds me of the PSone game ICO, where you're pulling a princess by the hand fighting off shadows. I'm completely ignoring the mule function here. Anyways, I'm no sexist, I'm a gamer(lol :D) and now I really want a mod that gives you a non-combatant princess(sneaked out of her Jarl dad's castle, got captured by bandits, and you freed her) as a companion that will get behind you when an enemy closes in on you and flee when multiple enemies surround you both. Am I the only guy in here who wants this? It cannot be! I hope someone pulls this off someday, or something close to it. A follower that flees from combat would be something different and I want it, guy or girl. Princess as a request. Vanilla body please, I don't run CBE or UNNB body mods. I'm about to try out the mushroom follower mod, hopefully he/she doesn't try to fight anything. They're mushrooms, so they shouldn't. -

Summon Big Cats Mounts and Followers by gg77s Lets you summon mountable cats by buying spell books from Ferangatang in Dragon's Reach in Whiterun (sorry I forget names), and you can buy cat companions in all major cities (stables)that aren't mountable but will fight for you. I just want a tiger mount mod that's compatible with all the 200 mods I have installed, and I hope this one wont give me problems. This is as simple as it gets too, and I've searched for awhile :( the most popular tiger mount uses FNIS, which I passed on. Now to look for a simple flying mount that isn't a dragon for my character :) -

He told me he wants to add vengeance parties to go after you if you ticked off any of the factions in Skyrim, like say the dragons get ticked off, so they'll send some dragons to hunt you down. I'm kidding, I mean say the Companions got offended by you. You'll find them stalking you, or a hold will send bounty hunters after you instead of waiting for you to pop up in front of a guard. I told him to make a different mod for that, as this one is simple and great for role-playing. -

This mod does what I've always wanted and I wonder if this could go into STEP Core as it extinguishes all light sources during the day, which I'm sure many would want. Description: They sure burn a lot of wood in Skyrim, keeping their fires lit all day long even though its a beautiful sunny day. DNCL is a light mod with a seamless impact, it adds a short script that extinguishes all fires in the cities during the day, in an effort to make the scenery a little more lively. The mod does not enhance any lighting effects or add any new light sources, it simply adds functionality to existing ones. Since DNCL does not offer any graphical enhancements, it is instead developed with separate versions to support various popular light enhancing mods so you don't have to sacrifice functionality over visuals. Its like having your cake and eating it too!

One With Nature - Dynamic Animals and Creatures by lesi123 and White Shadow Description: One With Nature is designed to give you control over how certain animals and creatures react to your character without altering their original AI or faction relationships. When you open the Mod Configuration Menu, you will find a list of drop down menus for a variety of NPC groups. Each menu offers five reaction settings: Vanilla, Allied, Friendly, Cowardly, and Defensive. Depending on your play style, you can apply different reaction settings to different NPC groups. A druid may wish to become kin to wolves and bears, a fire mage may want ice wraiths to flee in fear, or an intimidating hunter may cause dangerous animals to think twice before attacking. Vanilla: Returns all settings back to original values. Animals and creatures will behave normally like in the orignal game. 'Vanilla' is the default setting for all options. Allied: Sets the specified animal or creature as your ally. Allies will generally ignore you and your followers and will often come to your aid in combat. Followers might attempt to defend an allied animal or creature being attacked. Friendly: Sets the specified animal or creature as your friend. Friends will generally ignore you and your followers but may not come to your aid in combat. Followers are less likely to defend a friendly animal or creature being attacked. Cowardly: Will cause animals and creatures to flee when you approach them. They will behave normally once they have reached a safe distance from you. Defensive: Will cause animals and creatures to threaten you or flee when you approach them. If you attack them or they are already in combat, they will fight back. However, they may decide to flee if outmatched. They will behave normally once they have reached a safe distance from you This mod is perfect for druids, but mostly I'd use this so skeevers would flee when I come near. I get tired of low level creatures harassing me.

I already downloaded it, I just don't know what to expect, so I'll keep it on my desktop for one of those days I'm bored :)

I think I'm gonna sub since he covers lots of Skyrim's equipment. I also wanna wear a cloak after watching his cloaks video, since they're so good. Anyways, I used Torch Arrows to light up some dark dungeons :) I also found a newer torch arrow mod with more compatibility, but without scripts I think. So the arrows create a light source and never turn off until the save resets or whatever lol I dunno, but I wouldn't like the arrows creating never ending extra light sources to stress out my PC.

Yeah they should be, but I'll probably leave them on since they look fine to me. When I figure out extracting BSAs, it's laziness on my part, I can hide some of these outfits.
