  1. How many active plugins do you have? That list just tells me which ones are installed, but not active. Starting Wrye Flash usually tells you how many are active on the bottom bar.

  3. I too have no idea what the problem is, but if you're like me then you would never play without Darn anyways, and UIO is a must as well, so just go with it. The only thing I can think of is that you didn't delete the profile's INIs, you deleted the ones in you Documents folder. Each profile has it's own set stored in MO\profiles\<profile name>.
  4. Install DarnUI and UIO. See if that can force the darn fonts to show up in game.
  5. Did you run the vanilla launcher once before starting the game? Is the game in the Program Files or Program Files (x86) folder?
  6. Okay, when you say a fresh install of FNV, does that mean you deleted everything and reinstalled the game or did you just delete all you old mods?
  7. Maybe try the beta version of MO. https://sourceforge.net/projects/modorganizer/files/ModOrganizer_v1.3.1_beta.7z/download It is the second beta so it's quite stable now. I'd still try with and without the argument though.
  8. Tick all the tickable BSAs. I have it different in the guide because I haven't changed it for a while since I'm working on STEP 2.2.9.1. I found the workaround for the BSAs just a while ago and F&L hasn't been updated to reflect it. Either way works though, but renaming them just saves a few MBs.
  9. Just rename those greyed out BSAs by adding something to the end of the name. Ignore the vanilla BSAs, those should be left alone since they are loaded by the INIs. So, SomeBSA.bsa should become SomeBSA - something.bsa. That will make it not greyed out. Now tick all the BSAs before loading the game.
  10. This looks like something that STEP should have. Fixes are always a positive. I vote for this mod's inclusion.
  11. It's medium settings with the first set of rules in the manual for SkyFalls/Mills.
  12. The only thing I can't figure out is the Solitude Windmill with SkyMills installed. I commented out the line in that txt file and I still get what I think is two errors. One is two windmills on one silo. The other one is the floating windmill replacing an LOD for a part of Solitude. I can get everything else to work perfectly.
  13. Guess I'll have to add some of these abbreviations to the list. There should be a bunch of them with tiny dotted lines underneath so that you know they have hovertext, like so: CCOR

  15. Almost sounds like it's better to start with the vanilla meshes.

  18. Do not overwrite WAF/CCF/CCOR keywords with anything except CRF. The unofficial patches should be overwritten by those mods too.

  20. There are some things that MO does that, but NMM keeps chugging. Usually for older FOMODs though.
  21. Thanks sheson, that was a real point of confusion for Kelmych and me when were trying to make some billboards from Vurt's SFO Basic. That video says .55, so does that mean an update is around the corner?
  22. Yeah, so make a loot rule to load the dd-RND patch behind step extended patch. I should have made it more clear but I'm on my phone.

  24. Moss rocks db is by a different author.
  25. Lush Trees and Grass was turned into that other mod that's in the FOMOD already.
