Okay, that's cool. I'll double check the ELE forwards when I can. I remember that there were some interiors that ELE wasn't winning that it should have for the lighting and interior effects like fog. Surprised there are conflicts with RWT since ELE is just interiors....dungeons possibly.

Ess, we decided that ELE shouldn't be in the patches. Unless you just want to do the extra work, all patches going forward can skip the ELE stuff.

ACCEPTED Enhanced Blood Textures (by dDefinder)
TechAngel85 replied to frihyland's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
My only concern with an older version is older textures as well. -
[POLL] Interest in Fallout 4 Guide
TechAngel85 replied to EssArrBee's topic in General Fallout 3 Discussion & Support
We, as a team, have discussed expanding into other games. This would be the perfect opportunity; however, it would have to start out small in a Guide format like the other various Guides. The wiki is not ready to support STEP v3.0, much less expansion. It's sad really, because the community and staff is willing but we can't do to dev. We've been held up by wiki dev for over a year...which is a little long for any project, but there's nothing we can do about it. We rely on s4n for all that stuff and he's pretty much MIA most of the time. I'm hoping someone skilled enough will come along and help out, but that has yet to happen. -
Modular Shader Library for ENBSeries [Skyrim]
TechAngel85 replied to JawZ's topic in Post Processing
Awesome sauce!!! I'll add this to the ENB Guide that I've been neglecting. -
DROPPED Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul (by Shurah)
TechAngel85 replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Awesome! Sounds like an eventual competitor with SkyTEST (which I've never used). Looking forward to the next release! -
Accepted for STEP:Core 2.2.9.2. 2K version to remain consistent with HRDLC.

ACCEPTED Natural Eyes (by nevenbridge)
TechAngel85 replied to stoppingby4now's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Those mods need threads, if not already created, and have the testing tag added to them for us to be able to compare. It probably won't happen this release, but if you feel they need re-evaluated they'll at least have the tag so that we'll pick it up for the release after this one. -
ACCEPTED Enhanced Blood Textures (by dDefinder)
TechAngel85 replied to frihyland's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
This wouldn't be hard, but might undermine the author's intentions and, if so, we would never include such a thing unless the author hosted it himself or it was posted with permission. -
DROPPED Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul (by Shurah)

Looking at the flickr photos, can we assume that you're also working on bettering the animal behaviors? -
I don't know if you guys are aware, but Boris has already release an ENBSeries version for FO4. He says because of the way Bethesda designed things that features will be much harder to implement and some features he will not be able to implement at all. Apparently some of the features regarding lighting aren't that bad, but most lights aren't casting shadows. Currently the only thing he's really implemented are some bug fixes that should help prevent freezes and crashes. He's also supposedly removed the fake character back-lighting.

Missing mountain snow texture.
TechAngel85 replied to caveat's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Keep in mind, BDS only works on objects. It doesn't lay snow on the actual ground. -
Google search links to STEP forum - Issues on mobile
TechAngel85 replied to Nebulous112's question in Forum Support
I always use Tapatalk when I'm mobile. I find it faster and more convenient. -
I haven't been able to test it yet. Might be able to get to it in the morning.

Yep, I can confirm this too. Marking as an issue. -
We'll drop all the mods right before release.

Take the posted compared with a grain of salt where the eyes are concerned. These change so much depending on point of view and they can't be captured accurately when screenshots. BoS does not cover these armors. I've stated that already. The armor is vanilla.
-
Just had a light bulb click on before I left for work. A workaround for this would be to eliminate the space in the tag. This should narrow it down to those specific tags when clicked and not provide users with the entirety of the Fallout tags for non-relevant games. "Fallout 4" would become "Fallout4".

Stormcloak Armor Revival - HD and 4K textures (by skyrimaguas)
TechAngel85 replied to Tobi's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Testing tag is already added. We'll add the official yellow tag whenever we get a change to look at it and determine if it's suitable for official testing. Thanks for post and wanting to help out! -
DROPPED Dragonborn Mages Robes Retexture Pack (by Rafuel)

Marked for Testing. -
UltraHD - Stormcloak and City Guards (by FrankFamily)
TechAngel85 replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Added some compare to the OP. It's not any better than vanilla, changes the armor from a leather look to a metal look (which is blurry), the remaining leather is simply smoothed out (not higher quality), almost eliminates the fur at the bottom, and creates some seams (last compare on the sleeve). I'm voting no for this one. -
I'd like at least one or two more votes for this before it's added.
-
Okay, that's two STEP Staff and one other staff...good enough. :: It would be nice if Kajuan puts all his mods in a pack eventually. I'm going to recommend the 2K version since that is what the majority of these creatures are in the HRDLC. For some reason, they do that for this one. Accepted for STEP:Core v2.2.9.2. 2K version with Linen.
-
Just need one more Mod or Tester, one more STEP Staff, or a few more community members vote for this one to be accepted.
-
With only one against...I would say this one is in. Accepted STEP:Core v2.2.9.2. 2-1K version.
