  1. File is uploading now. It should be up in ~20mins.
  2. Okay, I'll get it uploaded again in a bit. I PMed you because I wasn't positive of the files that were needed. I'll copy over the textures and get the fix up.
  3. Thanks, I grabbed our last release off our Copy Share. It seems like they were likely missed or these are produced by the LODGen process. I'll wait for Ess's reply. I'll verify the rest of the files as well...and I thought I was going to bed early tonight. :: EDIT: Looks like none of the files from the Texture Compilation got included. EDIT: I'll get this fixed up in the morning if no one beats me to it. (I've updated the Copy Share with the latest Installer files, so use those if one of other STEP Staff tackles this before I do.)
  4. This was suppose to be absorbed into the mod compilation. I didn't do that part of the work, so I don't know if it was missed or not.
  5. DynDOLOD will add masters to itself. You have to delete your current DynDOLOD.esp plugin and use a new one. The mod comes with a fresh copy for this reason called "DynDOLOD.esp.bak". Right-click the mod in MO and choose Open in Explorer. Find the "DynDOLOD.esp" file and delete it. Copy the "DynDOLOD.esp.bak" file and rename it "DynDOLOD.esp". Now run the scripts.
  6. If you already had it, you'll need to follow the update procedure found in the manual. The Patches and Plugins are found in the Compilation file on our Nexus page.
  7. Put DynDOLOD.esp at the bottom of your load order and run it.
  8. Got them. Thanks!
  9. Yeah, that FOMOD fix really needs to be pushed out.
  10. It's not. All it really means is extracting BSAs and hiding more files. Nothing we haven't done before.
  11. That's actually not a bad idea and can be something that we could work on. I might be able to put one together if Ess doesn't have the time. I'll grab them from the Share and update the installer. I've also fixed the FOMOD description mentioned. I'll wait to update until Ess addresses Dreadflopp's post.
  12. Tannin can confirm, but I think that is correct. It's going back to more of WB style where BSA are loaded in the same order as their ESPs. I'm also assuming this means that we won't be able to disable "empty plugins" that their sole function is to extract the BSAs. Lots of nice functionality could be missing with this change, but it will align MO better with how they're meant to be managed. Arthmoor will be happy. Haha!
  13. Will fix. Yes, we made a change at the last minute to how the compilations were handled in the installer and I forgot to update the description. You're getting all you need by selecting the Extended Compilation.
  14. Thanks for the information. It's not necessarily needed for STEP. It just made things easier. We're adaptable. I'll be monitoring progress and testing this as issues are fixed. Currently, I can't do much more testing for actual STEP until some things are fixed. Particularly, the FOMOD installer is messed up. I can easily work around that and other issues, but I'm attempting complete our Guide from the average user prospective. For now, I'm doing it with MO1. Keep up the good work. I'm excited to see the new possibilities this version could bring. I forgot to ask, does this mean that conflicts within archives will no longer show in the Conflicts tab?
  15. I really wish you had a better attitude and more open to some criticism regarding your findings. Your "High" settings actually worked far better than the STEP settings for me and we were watching your findings with great interest. Since you've deleted most of your original post (which isn't something that we like users doing here) the information you've found is now gone. No one can take up the mantle and continue your work where you lost interest. I've deleted my MO install and would greatly appreciate you posting or sending me the "High" settings you had posted. I was very disappointed to find them gone. That's why we don't delete posts around here....loss of good information is the result. You have to realize that we've been at this for years. You were greeted with very harsh criticism due to the tone of one of your posts. You feel like this: Now put yourself in the shoes of the people that worked for countless hours putting that information on the wiki together. Their hard work, testing, and research. Your post here was very condescending and you most likely made the people that put together that information feel the same you feel in your post above. Think before you post because what you say also applies to you. When we're harshly criticized, do you not think that we feel the same as you? EDIT: I think I found the "high" settings in one of my previous posts.
  16. If, rather when, we get into a "STEP: FO4 Guide", it would be nice to simply have support for one version of MO rather than doing multiple. That and the current version will likely end up in the grave over time as MO2 grows. I've reported the INI Editor issue already.
  17. That one has been taken care of already.
  18. @Ess, Just send me the right or corrected files. I'll fix it with a couple other things and reupload the file.
  19. Fixed. The Guide will update itself within the hour. If not, I'll force a page refresh.
  20. Thank you. This is the correct place. I've fixed this.
  21. I've opened a topic for general MO2 discussion here: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/9377-mod-organizer-2-discussion-and-feedback/ Lets keep this one specific to FO4.
  22. I take it this means that we will no longer be able to see conflicts within BSAs. That is a real bummer as that was one of the nicer features of MO. We might have to go back to managing STEP like we did with WB....extracting everything.
  23. Yes, that is one section that needs a good review.
  24. I'll fix this once I get a list of things that need to be updated. As far as I'm aware, the Combined Plugins do not have ELE records in them.
  25. I've split out the unrelated posted to the Banter thread.
