Yes there is, but according to GDO page it's fully compatible with WAF - well I guess only as long as load order is correct. -

I identified the problem: trusting BOSS and LOOT. Neither of them produces correct load order, and places Guard Dialogue Overhault after WAF. ...but why does a mod changing dialogues change weapons stats is a mystery. -
Oh, I never thought about it that way. I thought RLO simply changes lighting, but you got me thinking... But I found this on Nexus: RLO - Adaptive Interiors Vanilla Weathers Patch. This is a compulsory file for people who use Vanilla weathers or mods that alter vanilla weathers (such as Legacy Weathers, URWL etc). If you do not use this, lighting will not work correctly indoors during day/night transitions and will have inconsistent brightness levels especially between clear and rainy weather. This feature should be directly implemented into COT. Actually you are right. Bad idea. No idea if it could cause CTDs, but at the very least it's pointless. No snow is installed, but deactivated. At least it was last time I checked.

Good question. No, not by far. I used STEP extended as a base and added lots of mods to it. I know what will you tell me though :D It's interesting how sorting plugins with LOOT probably (I am not aware of any other significant changes) helped, even though I still CTD randomly (mostly when quickloading, after fast travel, but not just that).

I just accidentally found this mod on Nexus and think I really should give it a shot. For some reason autosave doesn't seem to work for me at all, and the fAutosaveEveryXMins=??? ini setting doesn't do anything, and I have a nasty habit of forgetting to save all the time.

Oh yes, I do use the complete plus version. Forgot to mention that. I've just checked at a forge, and something definitely doesn't seem right. With 3 ranks in Armsman perk, the stats I see for both elven and orcish sword are 19 damage, 13 weight and 235 value. This is really weird. Do you have any idea what could possibly cause this? -

Hmm, it's caused by Bashed patch after all. Among other funny things silver ewer was called jug. What the... lol. -

Oh no, I am not interested in vanilla values, but I thought that identical stats made no sense, mods or not. Either of those should be better... -
I am not the best at expressing myself without either pissing others off or making them understand what I say in a wrong way. I was primarily calling him an idiot for saying the game was unplayable at 50 FPS, and then things took slightly wrong turn. I should rewrite what I said there though: "These is NO DIFFERENCE between 40 and 60 WHATSOEVER."I don't believe 90% of humans can tell a difference between roughly 40 and 60 FPS, if we're talking static/stable FPS.

Don't get me wrong, I can tell a difference between 30 and 60, maybe much less in Skyrim, but definitely in Battlefield 4. It's just that I am really allergic to this bullsh.. about how 50 (or whatever) is unplayable or how people can tell a difference of 10 or even less FPS, or how anything below 60 is wrong, blabla... Of course some people are more sensitive than others, but there are some limitations to that. And like I said on Nexus - placebo and things repeated enough times are strong weapons.

I don't believe in that. Human eye is probably "technically" capable of recognizing anything, but what we perceive is completely different thing. The whole discussion started with some guy on Nexus claiming that Skyrim is unplayable at 50 FPS, which is super ridiculous nonsense (especially since the game caps at 60 FPS by default with vsync on with normal 60Hz monitor), which is another popular myth that says you MUST maintain 60 FPS no matter what else you cannot play. I don't know which side of the coin is worse. The video is a nice explanation how things work, though.

Oh btw, if any of the wiki editors reads this, it would be nice to add a short explanation what does Bashed patch actually do. It's a bit weird to have all these instructions that say "do this, this, this and that" without actually knowing the purpose. It's fine with mod installation instructions, but not with something that could confuse people to think it's only relevant to using different mod manager. -

I think (but not sure) this happened after (but wasn't caused by) I actually created the patch. But I'll try. I did exactly what the guide said. I got a message telling me to disable some plugins first, but I assumed it wasn't relevant to me when using MO. Oh btw I assume I am supposed to create the bashed patch after everything else, and place it at the end of load order, after DSR patch. -

I've been using Immersive Animations for some time and it seems like this mod isn't needed if you have IA (which does a wonderful job btw) installed. -

After losing a SSD last year myself, I can really recommend investing in a NAS box with two drives in RAID1 to be absolutely safe :) -
But if the files in a BSA weren't "active", there wouldn't be any conflicts showing up?

Nono, just the stuff you find in houses. Candlesticks, vases, goblets, plates, that kind of stuff. Instead of "silver goblet" it now says "goblet". I think the textures changed as well, but that might just be my impression (they don't seem to look too silver anymore...). What's even more weird is that after I posted this thread, I found out they are still technically silver, because they would show up in smelter menu (but still without the silver part of the names). I assume something somewhere bugged out really badly, and I'm considering starting a new game, because this doesn't look good at all. This is proper WTF material. -
Something extremely weird happened today. I looted numerous houses in Whiterun (but not just there) over the past days for silver decorations (all those candlesticks, goblets etc.) I'd smelt into ingots, and today after I visited random places again I got the impression everything that used to be silver turned into regular stuff. This got confirmed when I opened a house chest where I store that sort of loot - all the items lost the silver status. What the heck? How could something like that happen?

Reading the Nexus page, I get the impression that elven and orcish weapon should have different damage, right? And yet, I looted two of those swords, and both are identical. And by identical I mean all 3 stats. 22 damage, 13 weight, and 235 value. That doesn't seem right :O_o: -

Techangel, I am reading mod pages! The wording simply confused me. After running around without paddles for the last 2 or so hours I have to say this mod deserves every bit of the endorsement I gave it.
