I really don't see any reason to turn off page file on a SSD (with the amount of data that go in and out of it, it hardly affects performance at all). Bottom line is, if you are getting 1 minute long loading times, there's a massive problem somewhere, and it's not in activated or deactivated page file.

lol you should see Skyrim Ultra HD Texture Pack (or maybe not, it cannot be unseen) - you would kill for slight noise addition over a texture after seeing that. But back on topic - I don't like most of Cabal's landscape/architecture mods (he does absolutely awesome weapons and armour, but the rest is just... I don't know), but after staring at the screenshots here, it grew on me. When I first saw it back then, I was dismissive about completely new style, but now I've realized the forts look kind of nice. I mean, who says they should be weathered and half broken down?

Is this something similar to that TES5LODGen thing that's being discussed on AFK mods?

It is, just like the rest. He is currently busy working on an update to Rocking Stones, and I think the Dungeons one as well (plus he recently released the Castle Volkihar retextures).

I recently went through maybe five retextures of farmhouses (basically all I could find on Nexus), and ended up sticking with SRO. Starac has that rare gift of having an eye for aesthetics and skills with <whatever graphic editing software> both, which I appreciate more and more in an exponential way the more I browse mods on Nexus. With a few exceptions here and there, SRO just fits in the game 90% of the time. What's the point of super awesome 4k detailed textures when they look completely out of place and unnatural ingame...

Will it make you happy if I change the NSFA statement to every single mod that has an erect dick in it in any way, shape or form? And no, as a somewhat bisexual person I do not suffer from any -phobia related to sexuality in any way. Do not make assumptions just because you don't like me. I am just sick from these mods.

Oh you're right. I am confusing it with salt found in random containers. I've actually never seen salt on a vendor, which is what that mod does (haven't used it for ages). So, yes, please, I am sure there are enough people out there who would appreciate such patch.

Oh I would love that. Minus the salt thing, though (I think this could lead to unwanted and unexpected kidney problems when using iNeed and other popular mods that change that).

I once disabled ETaC in my modlist by accident and was horrified how poor, boring and generally lacking all those towns were. If there are still people who didn't try, do it! At least on a temporary game. You will probably be shocked. The difference is night and day.

Are you sure you aren't mistaking standalone gems with those in jewellry? Saerileth didn't do anything with the former yet, and if I understood what she told me about week or two ago, she doesn't plan to do so in near future either.

Just in case someone was still undecided, I thought to bring Mediafire up again. It's much better than I originally though. I switched "back" after being unhappy with all other alternatives I tried. I only use it for sharing links though, but it seems new features regaring photos are coming, so in the end it might be pefect (for me at least). After I made the switch and a bit of digging in the features, I realized the sharing options are really extensive, and support just about anything you can think of. Direct links, various pre-formatted BBcodes (that one I like the most), various social network stuff (which I don't use so no idea how useful it might be), one time links, etc. By default and for free you get 10GB, which can be upgraded to 1TB (along with other bonuses) for $5 a month (half as much for the first time you subscribe if I understand correctly, and you can pay for a year in advance, so the discount seems to be very interesting). There are some ads (and I believe they only show up when you download things, so it might not even be relevant) which you can block with Adblock Plus if you don't mind the "copy link" buttons not working properly (they don't most of the time anyway) and doing it manually. It has pretty nice flash uploader which can do multiple files at once, and you can also switch to html version if you don't like it. You can create seemingly unlimited folder structure and rename, move, share both individual files and entire folders as you like.

Does it matter in what order are these files loaded? I think I read somewhere it doesn't (as opposed to ESPs), but for example Skyrim Project Optimization's description specifically says to load it before anything else (minus the game files of course).

Nope, the optimized textures are loose files. I did it exactly like the DDSopt guide says.
