  1. Darkside figured out you can use this mod without the plugin as a pure texture replacer. Might be good for Core? My STEP install isn't playable atm because of patching but I could post screen compares when it is if anyone doesn't beat me to it.
  2. Since several mods are being tested for the next STEP update, this mod might need some re-evaluation. If there are no better alternatives maybe a recommendation to hide some problematic textures like Harpalus suggested. I haven't done any compares between different mods that modifies the eyes but I'm not really happy with natural eyes. Trying Eyes of Beauty next when I'm finished making patches...
  3. I vote for this one.
  4. It's one of the two main files from the normal NSDA.
  5. I vote for these draugrs as well.
  6. Hm, I was unaware of that bug. Need to add that to my pack. You should put DCO under Violens in the right hand panel.
  7. There is a version of No spinning death animation that doesn't make changes to dragons which shouldn't conflict. I think you should let DCO overwrite Violens to show DCO's custom death animation but you could try both to see which one you want. I don't believe that there is a way that is right, it's just user preference.
  8. Thanks. If you let CACO overwrite MLU, you should let the CACO patches overwrite the MLU patches. I don't know but it's a good suggestion. I'll check tomorrow, I'll have some time then to work on the guides. If it works I'll add that merge to the guide.
  9. The new morrowloot update breaks its own patches. It'll hopefully be resolved soon. I'm getting the guide updated to be compatible with USLEEP but I'm currently stuck until this gets resolved.
  10. Review posted early by mistake: https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:https://www.ibtimes.com/fallout-4-review-dangers-hype-video-2174132
  11. For me it worked best to create a priority rule placing RW2 between alternate start and ELE. There is a version of farmhouse chimneys that is used in nearox SRLE/REGS pack that is merged with its patches. This version of farmhouse chimneys has alternate start as a master and overwrites lots of RW2 records if RW2 is not placed after it.
  12. Thanks, checked it out and will probably add it to the guide. The problem is that this will be a little untested. I'll probably remove combat evolved when adding duel since duel already makes combat harder. In the last version of duel, version 7, combat was a little too unforgiving for my taste which is why I'll recommend to not use combat evolved. If weapons still do too much damage I'll check what can be done with SkyTweak.
  13. Ultimate Combat is unfortunately incompatible with the new FNIS version. Fore (FNIS author) has tried to contact the author of Ultimate Combat to make it and FNIS compatible but Fore has't got any response. This means Ultimate Combat needs to be removed. Will decide tomorrow if I'll add a replacement. If I do it'll probably be Duel but not sure.
  14. Thanks, glad you enjoy them.
  15. You don't need any cloaks patches, not from my conflict resolution and not from the ccor page. The conflicts are solved with my CCOR patches. That is why my cloak patches are tagged STEP core since CCOR is not in core. I guess I should make this clearer since I now have CCOR in one of my packs.
  16. Frostfall will soon be updated to version 3. When it has I'll have your answer. You should wait for that as well as the new version of the unofficial patches and the new version of climates of Tamriel before you start a new game. From what I've heard they will all be released this weekend. When they are released I'll do a quick update of the patches, check the cco patches and hope that vividian is updated quickly :)
  17. That is great. It will hopefully be easy to update the patches, I'm hoping changing masters to USLEEP will be enough.
  18. Checked out IA8. Removed instruction to not use Hothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra.esp. My patches were mostly fine, removed one that was never really nescessary (just edited default CCO setting). The MLU patch needs some updates though, possibly only minor updates. Hopefully it'll be updated soon.
  19. Totally agree :) Will check out the new IA.
  20. haha well you can always hope for the best. Thanks!
  21. I am using that version when doing the patches since it will be out of beta once frostfall is updated. If you are using 1.7 you should hide all plugins from cloaks of skyrim. Packs updated, patches updated. I think I'm done and up to date until Frostfall drops: * 15-10-31 Updated the instructions on how to remove Enhanced Blood Textures dependency from the STEP patch. * 15-10-31 Added more compatible packs. Updated patches. Updated patches install instructions. Added SR:LE compatibility subguide.
  22. CACO-Ordinated.esp should be merged into the CACO patches merged.esp plugin. It is because of CACO-Ordinated.esp the merge should be loaded after Ordinator - Dragon Perks Respec.esp.
  23. If the instructions are poor I'm interested to know which instructions it is that are poor so I can make them more clear. Follow the link to the pack called Modular Morrowloot Overhaul. This "pack" includes all my patches. These patches makes my packs modular and compatible with each other. From the patch description: Download Modular Morrowloot Overhaul patches. Install all patches that are relevant to your install. Sort them in numeric order. If two or more patches uses the same number you are supposed to only use one of them. This is very important, never use two plugins with the same number. If you merge these patches and add the LOOT rule for them, the merged patch will be sorted after the STEP patch. If you don't merge the patches, just sort them in numeric order after the STEP patch.
  24. You should follow the link and download the modular patches. Merging isn't necessary if you don't want, just place the patches you need in numeric order right after the STEP patch.
  25. Well, I won't have time for a proper SR:LE setup, I am however using a semi SR:Le install. I am using STEP:Extended with all graphic enhancements turned off, the STEP patch, my packs followed by all remaining mods from SR:LE with a few exceptions. Some conflicting mods are not included in my STEP install. I am not using the SR:LE conflict resolution, instead I am using my patches that were just updated. Will add a subguide soon.
