These instructions were old, I deleted them. Install the main file + the patch, don't delete anything.
-
I'll check these conflicts tomorrow. It is very probable that the script should be forwarded.
-
Glad you enjoy it :)When it is deactivated and you play the game it doesn't matter where in the load order it is placed. When you build the bashed patch, it's load order may matter (probably not in this case)
-
It might matter. It would be very strange if LOOT put it there. Try to resort your load order with LOOT or place the plugin where it should be and rebuild the bashed patch. Don't forget the post-bashed patch section. No need to start a new game after this.

MO should always ask whether you want to unpack BSA's or not everytime you install a mod. If it doesn't, you have chosen Yes always or No never. If you have done so, go to settings and choose to reset dialogues BUT I see what I did wrong. The instructions were updated for IA8 which is not yet supported by MLU. I fixed the instructions.

Sorry I see what I did. Keep Complete Crafting_TrueWeaponsLvlLists.esp. Keep Weapons & Armor_TrueOrcish&DaedricWeapons.esp Delete Weapons & Armor_TrueWeaponsLvlLists.esp I got confused as to which true weapons plugin belonged to CCOR and to WAF

I answered your question in the other topic. I'll make the necessary modifications to the guide now and start to work on the patches since some mods have been updated. Sorry for the late answer, saw deadpool yesterday and had to drink beer afterwards to celebrate. Weren't able to make sense of anything yesterday :) -
Complete Crafting_TrueWeaponsLvlLists.esp should be deleted, I'll make it clearer in the guide. But tbh, it doesn't really matter. The contents of Complete Crafting_TrueWeaponsLvlLists.esp is already in Weapons & Armor_TrueOrcish&DaedricWeapons.esp which should be kept. Kryptopyr added the plugins that are pure leveled lists to help Wrye Bash pick up all contents of the leveled list and forward them to the bashed patch. Since we use MLU, which delevels these lists they are not needed and the may even cause errors, but likely not. Better to be safe than sorry and remove them. Do not run the the auto merge patch. I do not unpack bsa's if I don't need to. If you don't get the option to do it you should try and reset all dialogs in MO: Settings / click "Reset dialogues" I will fix the DoS conflict. MLU has an official CACO patch which I'm hoping does what it should. The conflicts between USLEEP and Krypto's mods will probably be solved soon since she is active and updates her mods when needed. I almost never patch her mods against USLEEP or solve conflicts that will be solved by the STEP patch during it's next update.

I probably should have switched to the beta long ago before I made all patches. Now, I'm switching to Mator Smash instead. I will probably start messing with it soon. -

STEP seems to wait with making small updates to the patches for now since they will be moving to Mator smash which will replace most of the patches and I will follow. This will hopefully make the patches much easier to maintain and easier to understand. I'm especially looking forward to ELE being patched automatically by Mator smah since it has so many conflicts. I used to have a post-bashed patch to. The problem is that you must keep double checking that it is up to date every time you rebuild your bashed patch which I do pretty often. I finally decided to ditch it. Thanks for sending the patch! -

Thanks for your help, it's really appreciated! 1) Will fix it 2) I've seen it but I have been uncertain about what to do about it. I'll probably make a patch like in the link you provided 3) I'll fix it. The SR:LE Conflict resolution guide is always right :) 4) I don't use the ammunition fix but I'll make that patch (or you send it to me if you made one...) 5,6) I've seen things like that in the bashed patch and it is hard to get around. The bashed patch in inconsistent sometimes. I have manually fixed things like that before but the errors are few and I believe one can live with them. 7) I thought it was better for the community. This way I can make pre-merged patches for those not wanting to merge their own patch. There were already a survival pack so I could drop support for those mods and let someone else do it (or so I thought. Smile44 isn't around much anymore which means I'm keeping the survival pack updated). I also thought that STEP needed a little more packs and thought that my big pack split into smaller packs would make excellent candidates for that. Also, if I for some reason disapear from these forums, which I'm not planning too, it's easier for someone else to pick up the torch and continue supporting the packs. 8) I have tried different naming schemes and have done like you suggested before. That keeps the patches even more modular which is a good thing and I might move in that direction again. The reason I have changed the naming scheme to what I'm using now is that people thought it was hard to understand which patches to use. At least some people thought so. -

I redownloaded RotE and I was finally able to see the errors, they should be fixed now. Patches updated. Thanks for your help. -
1. That's true, the whole Constructible objects section of the patch should be removed imo. I'll make patches that reverts the changes to that category. Tue, randomthunder.esp should go after AOS.esp. IHSS/AOS/Improved combat sounds are patched by the STEP patch where they overlaps and are therefore load order independent.

I'm guessing you are getting errors because RotE isn't up to date. They are for the 2016 version of RotE. I'm not seeing any errors. Check your RotE version and that you have my latest patches. If you still get errors I'd appreciate a screenshot :) SPTConsistentOlderPeople.esp is a master to the RotE patches and it isn't a misstake. My patches for SR:LE requires some mods to be added on top of SR:LE, as per instructions from my page: https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Dreadflopp/Dreadflopps_Modular_patches#Use_SR:LE_instead_of_STEP SRLE_RotE_SIC is the main RotE/SIC patch. SRLE_SIC_RotE patch was added because some records needed to be later in the patch order. Use both. I'll merge them in the future but the end result will be the same. -
Thanks everyone, appreciate it. We also got matching tattoos of a bottle of poison, only swedes will get that :) Back to business: Using ordinator with TTRSO is asking for trouble. It is oc possible to make a patch to make certain skills from TTRSO overwrite Ordinator and make it compatible with the rest but it would probably unbalance both mods. I don't see how you could effectively merge them and get a good result. SSR and Ordinator might be possible but Ordinator does overhaul both the stealth skills and the game settings that are related to sneaking/pickpocketing/lockpicking, just like SSR does. To make a patch would be to make SSR overwrite Ordinator and patch the few conflicts that remains. I'm not up for it though, I have too little time and I don't think SSR+Ordinator is a good match since you'll have 3 skill trees that are totally different from the rest. 1. I have looked at this patch before but it has changed and I'll add it to the pack. It will overwrite a change from MLU that restricts dragon armor from being created anywhere else than at the Skyforge. I'm going to let it since it is not a big thing imo. 2. Already answered. 3. Use that patch too, I'll add a note about it. It is not a very big thing, it just adds chimney to the alternate start house(s). It is oc a big thing if you are really into immersive chimneys :) (known as the STEP syndrome... )

Haha thanks, I'll try to keep my priorities straight :) If a temple of Mara actually existed I would consider it.

Sorry, I missed your post, Tapatalk seems to have removed all my subscriptions. I won't have time to check today (getting married...) but I can answer #2: all fixes in thunderchild - wyrmstooth are included in my modular patches, which is what I recommend if you use anything else than pure STEP + 1 of my packs.

Don't worry about it, user feedback and questions is what keeps the pack stable since it forces me to check and recheck that everyting is in order. I'll take a look at the leveled lists this weekend. It's nothing major, you'll just miss out a couple of items from Jaysus. They will be back in the game once I have worked a little on the leveled lists. Don't use the Rebirth monster - SIC patch, it is outdated. -

Check that you are using the latest version of my patches. I updated the RotE patches a week ago. If you are, I would like to know which plugins from my patches you are using. The easiest way is to cut & paste the content of the txt file in the merge directory of the modular patches merge, for me that is: Mod Organizer\mods\Dreadflopps modular patches merged\merge\Dreadflopps modular patches merged.esp_plugins.txt Remember to paste the text between two spoiler tags to avoid making your post too long (remove the underline): [_spoiler] your text [_/spoiler] -

Can you reupload a screenshot? It won't open for me. And it sounds like an excellent question. The patches had the wrong masters and are now updated. I have also updated the instructions on how to fix the TTRSO patches. -

I've seen it but I've forgotten to take a look at it. Since CACO includes meshes from Unique And Improved Potions and recommends textures from rustic potion I've been thinking that this is a better way to go for CACO but I'll take a look at the patch when I get some time over. TTR_Skill_Overhaul_LightArmor_DBDG.esp did produce errors when it was merged using the merge script. I don't remember if it merges well with the new Merge plugins stand-alone. Either I forgot to add instructions to not include TTR_Skill_Overhaul_LightArmor_DBDG.esp in the merge or I forgot to change the patch's master. I'm guessing it is the latter. I'm at work now but I'll check later today. This is also true for SRLE, I'll add that to the guide. I don't have TES5Edit in front of me but it is Perk you should drag. If it has no conflicts then everything is fine. I'll add a screenshot tonight. -

This happened to me when I was trying jaxonz utilities. Are you using that?
