pack Dreadflopps Modular patches
dreadflopp replied to dreadflopp's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
I decided to not update the Disparity patches. The new keywords added by disparity are there to support custom races. The only custom race mod I support is Imperious. Imperious has an official Disparity patch. I'm guessing it will eventually be updated to use the keywords but there is no need for me to patch it for now. -

Good to know. I'll keep ICAIO in my patches for now. Maybe I'll separate its records from the other patches in the future. Maybe I won't have to when STEP moves to mator smash. Patching Disparity should be pretty straightforward since its only updated with injected keywords. -

Thanks for the heads up, I'll hopefully have time tomorrow to update my patches. -

You can safely ignore those errors. If you want to get rid of them, hide all plugins that you don't need from the patch mod in the left hand panel. This way all plugins will be listed without any plugins in between them. That is what these errors means. -

I open merge plugins, deselect all files, select all relevant patches, select all masters, click OK. Add all patches to a new merge. What causes your error? A plugin or are you using to many plugins? -
I use deadly diseases and it works fine for me.

Campfire and/or Frostfall generates some files during gameplay and these are placed in the overwrite. Right click overwrite and choose to create a new mod. Name the mod Campfire output. The next time you run the game, Campfire/Frostfall uses the files from Campfire output and your overwrite will stay empty.

Skyrim Gameplay Rebalance
dreadflopp replied to dreadflopp's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
No worries, I'm finished with the updates to my patches, including MLU - RotE. -
Good to know, I'll add it to the Survival pack. Thanks for the info, I'll update the pack one Hunterborn 1.5 is released. I haven't experienced this. Either something went wrong with the bashed patch, try deselcting it and start the game. It can be any mod that adds items, try deslecting mods from the pack. This is unlikely though since other people use these mods without any problem. You should probably check your SkyUI install too and check that the memory patch is working.

Smile44 is not very active atm I believe, but he has given me permission to keep this pack updated. Cloaks of Skyrim/Winter is coming: As it says in the description: Users of Complete Crafting Overhaul 1.7 doesn't need any other plugin than the main plugin from Complete Crafting Overhaul. This means you should hide/delete all plugins from CoS/WiC. Frostfall: I don't believe any patches are needed. Hunterborn: The frostfall patch is for an old version. The Hunterborn - Campfire patch that is in the pack fixes all conflicts between Campfire/Frostfall/Hunterborn. iNeed: Dangerous diseases used to be incompatible with Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul. I don't know if it still is. If you use CACO, check that they are compatible first. Traps make noise: Disable the mod from STEP and install this with a different name. The STEP version is included in the Survival pack recommended version. Patch at the bottom: I'm keeping the patch updated so it is safe to use.

Skyrim Gameplay Rebalance

So, I just noticed Revenge of the enemies got updated. This means my patches are outdated and I'll need to re-evaluate it. -

I didn't know that. Mavanaic, you should use the non-ICAIO that EssArrBee made and use the official ICAIO patches, including the ELE patch. Let LOOT sort the plugins. -

The STEP patch patches ICAIO and ELE. If you place ICAIO patches after the STEP patch you need the ELE patch. -

You can't forward navmesh records, they have to be rebuilt using the creation kit. This procedure is something I have never looked closer at but it is to my understanding handled automatically by the CK. If you don't want to do this you should use patches provided by ICAIO and place them right after the STEP patch. Don't forget the ELE patch. -

The CRF patch will be overwritten by the STEP patch. If you place it after the STEP patch you will need the ELE patch and place it after the CRF patch. I think it is better to wait for the STEP patch to be updated. I'll wait awhile before I'll include Ultimate Combat again. Judging from the comments on the nexus there are some bugs in its current version. The archery gameplay overhaul needs to be patched to fully function with ordinator, which means I won't try it out unless it gets patched. -

I believe most mods from is compatible without further patching since many of the mods are included in my packs. I plan to test the archery overhaul for my gameplay overhaul pack. The follower packs needs to be tested for conflicts. Once development for SR:LE slows down I'll add support for it. -

Good news, I'll take a look at it to make sure it's compatible with WAA, which I think it is. I have spent my limited time with FO4 lately but I'm growing tired of it and will soon get back to Skyrim. -

I believe Legacy of the dragonborn is compatible. I'm not sure about Enhanced landscapes as I haven't tried it. It is probably compatible. The other mods are compatible if you use my patches. What you seem to have missed is that if you use anything else than STEP + 1 of my packs, you need to use my modular patches that you merge yourself. The link is in my signature. -
