Denied since this seems to be a vanilla based tweak and not a true retex. Not necessarily a bad thing but not aligned to the STEP mandate.

EDIT: Thanks for adding that to the OP. I will go and test this mod when I get my Skyrim testing installation set up. I will compare for both genders, using Deadly Serious (with hood) and both versions of this mod.
