There are 103 unconflicted files. If we just want to make it easy, then we can treat it as the author is treating it. Place it in Foundations just after SRO and left everything overwrite it. Any issues noticed down the line can be dealt with as the crop up (i.e., hide this or that file from this or that mod).

Love this idea and kind of where I was leaning.

I currently have this installed as described above and it seems to be working okay, but I have looked at things super closely. I vote to accept and install within Foundations.
