This mod has been updated with healing potions removed:

• Fixed Mysticism distribution, now works again!
• Fixed Sacrosanct Plugin, Serana wont take Sun damage anymore
• Fixed Potion Distribution, removed healing potions
• Added new Spell mods:
  • Astral Magic 2
  • Storm Calling Magic

This helps a little, but there is still the issue with non-healing potions economy in general
