Boy, I really am at a loss on this one. That INI file has nothing wrong that I can see. It should be loading loose files and your mods without problem.

Just thinking out loud here but if you have Mod Organizer 2 installed in the Steam or Fallout 4 folder, move it somewhere else to see if this solves the issue. I know there was some issues with Mod Organizer 2 not functioning correctly if it's installed in the Steam or game folder that could potentially cause this.

I Disabled all my mods in nexus mod manger And i got the Cbbe Bodys the Tie fighter pip boy The Comic reskins and Macho man Death Claw back right now im going to re-enable them all

How many plugins do you have enabled? You may be over the limit?

Also, make sure you run LOOT

I think that maybe you might have an incompatible mod(s) if you got some of them working and then when you enabled them all it broke again. Try disabling them all and re-enable them one by one, or three by three or something like that, so that you can find the incompatibility.

I think my game is just Broken Cuz i remove alot of my mods and the Deleted mods are Still Existing

I don't see a body mod listed in that list of mods, yet there obviously is one being incorrectly applied. My guess is that Nexus Mod Manager failed to uninstall all mods, so you need to manually remove the rogue mod files.
