  1. Yes, sometimes... sr:le does it a lot for some small things. its kinda of annoying but whatever
  2. Like I said, I dislike it but it's kinda something that is stuck... I wish it would reflect the version that the mod gives but that "feature" kinda ruins that for some mods. So, they always seem to need to be updated even though ita just the numbers being dumb.
  3. Verifing the game cache I doubt will do anything because it's just an issue that seems like it's in the savery or a separate mod The actual value doesn't matter it's the regen value First, can we verify that this is a game bug rather than a save bug.
  4. It automatically does that for beta and alpha I know, I dislike it also but I think tanin refused to change it.
  5. Oh you you mean sr:le..... I was super confused for a second The * means any and all that have that name. so yes
  6. I think you can select multiple file and then hide that group... Am I wrong?
  7. This is for Skyrim.ini dont write but remove the following iPresentInterval = 0/1 the following values should already exist... fSunShadowUpdateTime=0.25 fSunUpdateThreshold=1.5
  8. Ok... This may be multiple posts over time because I am following the guide and I got lost on more than a few parts. In the inis section, Im guessing I have to add a few lines because they were not originally in the inis FWE - FO3 Wanderers Edition The instructions are really confusing. I spent about 10 min reading it. I have attentions issues, so it's not abnormal. maybe something like the following: Install Part 1, Part 2 and the hotfix in that order<br /> Download and then install MO "DarnUI_Support_for_FWE". <br /> :This mod includes an updated version of the DarNifiedUIF3.esp plugin (which already includes the DarNifiedUIF3 hotfix); this plugin will be used instead of the plugin from the DarNified F3 mod previously installed.<br /> Download and then install with MO "Primary Needs Sound Disabler" :This eliminates the annoying heartbeat sound when one or more of the primary need values is low. Double click FWE - FO3 Wanderers Edition in the left pane of MO, and select the Optional ESPs tab.<br /> Move at least one of the "FO3 Wanderers Edition - Optional Restore Tracers*" plugins into Optional ESPs.<br /> <br /> If [[#Marts_Mutant_Mod_-_RC_62|MMM]] is used, then when Creating a Bashed Patch select "FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esm", then right click the bash tags window in the lower right of the Wrye Flash window and remove Names. Advanced Recon Thermal Nightvision What do you mean by "During installation of the main file make sure all options are ticked." do you mean this Even though you say "Cleaning" for the mods that need to be cleaned, maybe it'll be beneficial to say what *.esm/*.esp need to be cleaned The whole "Fallout NV Equivalent:" makes the guide feel cluttered It may be worth removing it. Better High Detail map and Icons Can you provide instructions for what you recommend because I am unfamiliar with FO3 and have zero clue what I am doing and now I am frustrated :/ Im stuck at the last thing I talked about... So far the guide seems very vague and when there is very specific info that is needed is hidden in a block of text. Maybe make the important info stand out. Like the plugins, verbs, downloads, etc. Try to make the instructions have as few words as possible but still make sense and be very specific. IDK, maybe its just me...
  9. https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Neovalen/Skyrim_Revisited_-_Legendary_Edition Is that what you are looking for? Its in Neo's sig and yes it can be tricky to find sometimes
  10. I doubt it's a load order issue... Something like that is generally a script/spell thing
  11. The bug where some energy or whatever gets stuck like at -1(the value is an assumption) It's common on stamina and shouts The only way I know that fixes it 100%, is to use a save that didn't have the bug
  12. I think you got that bug... or you have a disease, check the active effects
  13. Dreadflopp have you taken a look a filter, no merge bash tags. It may be useful for mods that modify leveled list
  14. That method of creating "high-res" is Ganda'a style
  15. I have been absent in editing in general because lately I just don't have the energy college classes man... especially when they're early I'll probably get a burst of energy in the coming holidays.
  16. Archive invalidation? Did you check it in the profiles
  17. kinda what mix said Im assuming you're using ENB bFloatPointRenderTarget = 1 setting grids to 7 is pretty heavy, especially on a modded game revert the uGridsToLoad back to 5 and uExterior Cell Buffer = 36 you're going to have to look that up trust me, you wont need these If you think you do, you would be mistaken bEnableLogging = 0 bEnableTrace = 0 bLoadDebugInformation = 0 type tg in the in-game console and report the change in FPS
  18. oh, its still on 13.3... I thought you were talking about 13.4 -> 13.4.1 I was going to be like... dude, its just patches.. but that is not the case I looked through CJ patches and he doesn't seem to have any that are related to ETaC so you should be fine.
  19. Idk about you but 30 GB is nothing... even 250GB for that matter... I still find it a hassle because you need different mod configurations for different installs. At that point you either have to have a really good memory or be really good at organizing. like STEP Core and Extended.... Those are fairly compatible and dont require multiple profiles STEP Extended - SR:LE hybrid, REGS and MMO how ever is a different beast. You need to edit the STEP patches, you need to reinstall some mods for patches and different configurations, you need to keep track of merging(it gets difficult if you are doing 40-50 esp at once), then if you have a bunch of other mods that you use and require certain patches and different configs at that point you might as well forget about the STEP core and Extended profile because you now have to go back through and reconfigure everything. Like I said before, it turns into a giant mess If you want two different setups I would say stick with two different MO installs because it'll save you a massive headache in the future. Tech, if you are able to successfully accomplish using multiple profiles for different installs then I will congratulate you on it because I cannot handle something like that. EDIT: I didn't even mention different install orders... That makes it even worse even though, I generally extract .bsa so it does matter. I'll openly admit that it can cause issues but not if you know where to place it.
  20. thats exactly what I thought... the multiple profiles don't mean anything because all the files are a giant clusterf__k regardless of the current profile
  21. this is how I tell.. I look for the type of file because you can have skse.ini.txt because windows logic. these are two random files but is a good example
  22. read through this Does no one use the search anymore :/ I know its terrible but still
  23. If you look at the etac changelog you'll find what changed.
