  1. Just about any cave works.
  2. Nope, don't know what specifically it's used for. My recommendations stand above. V1 and hide the ripple textures produces the best results, imo, when comparing both versions over vanilla.
  3. Dropped from official testing. Will keep the testing tag for later review after v2 is out.
  4. Dropped from Testing for v2.2.9.1
  5. Guide has been updated with universal instructions.
  6. Accepted for v2.2.9.1 Core or Extended?
  7. Accepted for v2.2.9.1 for Core. Placing this in Section H due to it needing to be loaded after 101Bugs and Pond Fish. I'm recommending to install all options.
  8. I've tested both the new and old versions. I recommend sticking with V1. I feel like the V2 drops are reflecting the light far too much and making them too visible.
  9. Neo has a point and I think that is the main reason we don't use Xenius. The whites of the eyes are a bit too grey.
  10. The one thing I don't like about this mod and it's too hard for me to get used to is that it makes some elements much larger than what I'm used to. Like the main screen font is now much larger with this installed.
  11. Out of those it would be between Xenius and Natural Eyes for me.
  12. Yes, that is the universal way to do it for Windows 7 and 8 users. I had to look it up. I'll update the Guide to use this method.
  13. He met he was adding a testing tag (not the prefix) so that we could look at it and see if it's something that we would want to officially test, at which point we'd add the testing prefix. This is all laid out in the dev thread for users to add mods for consideration.
  14. It would be good if you could find the equivalent to this in the AMD panel so I could add it to the Guide. You need to take the Total Available Graphics Memory and subtract 350 from it since you're using Windows 8. That is the value which should be used according to Boris. I have a GTX 760 4GB and my value ended up being 7735.
  15. We don't use these mods in STEP so those patches would be something the authors need to provide for their mods. I love the idea of this for STEP:Core and maybe ELFX for Extended. However, the rest of the STEP staff seems to be leaning to only having one lighting mod for the Pack. I'd like to see this added to Core and then the Pack simply have ELFX in it with instructions on replacing RS with ELFX or gracefully combining the two somehow as I've read some users doing this.
  16. What is your Total Available Graphics Memory from the Nvidia Control Panel? Are you using Windows 7 or 8?
  17. Updated the ENBlocal INI Guide for the new findings in setting the VideoMemorySizeMb parameter. https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENBlocal_INI/Memory#VideoMemorySizeMb
  18. If it's going to be used by STEP don't change it from it's vanilla state. Keep the features, just improve them as you have. I don't see the extra polys being an issue. What you have already is very nice.
  19. They look good.
  20. I don't think it really matters how long it takes. This was just a release while we wait for dev to progress on the wiki for 2.3. This probably isn't the best weekend being Easter and all.
  21. What changes are you referring to? These edit the meshes to be thinner so I'm not sure that would even matter. It would depend on the change the USKP made.
  22. Yeah, I had it install in the clutter section. I have an updated FOMOD that I'll send to Saerileth. It'll tidy things up a bit.
  23. I'm keeping this thread open in a tab as a reminder to test them.
  24. Normals are not technically textures. They are most often height maps.
