  1. If I wasn't being a hoarder and wanted to feel grand, I'd use Dragon Cliff Manor. It's befitting someone of the Dragonborn name. I just wish there was some storyline behind it. I imagine the story of the manor being told by the Greybeards and giving him the keys after answering their summons and completing the first quest they give you. The story I imagine being something of it being past down through generations of Dragonborn and the Greybeards its' keeper until the next Dragonborn appears. Proving yourself the Dragonborn, you are giving the Manor until the end of your days.
  2. I've seen those but haven't tried them.
  3. So do I. There are the control you need in the MCM.
  4. I'm on my phone (tapatalk) so I'm only going by what I can see in the text of the post. Even still, those numbers are for an unmodded game. As for ENB, yes. The injector version doesn't run side by side with SPM. With the wrapper version, you shouldn't have a problem as long as you run MO from SPM.
  5. I completely agree with Greg. Lakeview Manor is a complete grind to build and a poor design. It's really not worth it. I can see why users usually skip Hearthfire DLC if they purchased separately. I only see it being for console users and even then the homes you can buy (Whiterun and Solitude specifically) are better choices, imo.
  6. Zumbo is the author of....?
  7. ENBoost CAN (sorry for caps...on cellphone with no format options...tapatalk) affect performance! System RAM is slower than VRAM so a user that doesn't have much VRAM will, most likely, be affected with slower performance but it's still better than not running it. By the sounds of it, Shiran, your system isn't meant for games like Skyrim. Especially not modded.
  8. I went through that pack, but it's basically abandoned with 8-9 homes in it. I wanted a place with plenty of storage, room for my family, a place to display all my trophies, and all the basic amenities. I found this nearly impossible without customization. Jaggarsfeld has everything but a place for my family which is the reason I'm building Lakeview Manor. That and I've never actually done the Hearthfire stuff. I'm planning on extending Jaggarsfeld to include options for family/followers and some other stuff but need to learn the Creation Kit a bit. I'm playing a Wood Elf/Ranger and there is a Bomser inspired home that is a small tree house that would be prefect for my character, so...I might end up having that house as my personal retreat, my family living in Lakeview, and my storage in Jaggarsfeld. Haha!
  9. One thing I found that is a bit odd is when you build the road. It's covered by grass clipping through it everywhere. Hopefully this is be fixed in a future update.
  10. Since I'm currently building a house, I'm adding this to testing for Extended (possibly Core if nothing is too wack).
  11. Adding this to my setup for testing.
  12. You guys are probably getting a taste of what it will be like for Home users to install updates. Pro users will have the options to ignore updates.
  13. I don't play with that mod so that one is out for me. Maybe for a future play-through I'll try it out. I'm actually considering (very deeply) on improving and upgrading Jaggarsfeld. One of the co-authors is off at school bettering himself and the other one is just a texture guy. The texture guy is allowing improvements/edits/additions/etc as long as Jaggarsfeld is a master for the addon. I have several ideas for improvements and the first will be simple enough I can have it out in a few days after I learn the Creation Kit a bit better.
  14. Core will be okay with me, just know that this deviates to a degree from vanilla. As for Fixas, I don't think we need it. Most of the better mesh fixes were grabbed by the USKP in its latest release.
  15. Very dull! So dull that I'm planning on expanding on one of my favorite player home mods to bring it some new life. Marked for Testing.
  16. I decided to install a player home, but had a hard time deciding one on. Dragon Cliff Manor was almost my pick but after installing it I realized it was too big and too nice, but probably would have kept it if it came with more armor/weapon storage since I want to create a display of all my armors. I thought seriously about Breezehome FullyUpgradable but decided that I wanted to expand out a bit as I always go for Breezehome when I play. Finally, the one I ended up settling with was Jaggarsfeld. It's an older one that really isn't supported anymore, but still the best for what I was looking for. The auto sorting is amazing and the incredible "trophy hall" is perfect for those that want to display their collections. The only problem I have is deciding how to organize my collections. haha! There's so much space!
  17. No idea. Guessing it was something to do with DynDOLOD. Possibly left over in one of the files on the Copy Share.
  18. This could probably be fixed with the STEP Patches.
  19. STEP recommends the basic version because it stays closer to vanilla.
  20. Tested them out in-game all morning. Love them. I vote to add this to replace HD Baskets.
  21. This mod works great. Voting to add this one to Extended...could even be Core since all it does is stops the storyline for a bit. I leveled up to level 10 by the time the story continued and even bought my first home (Hearthfire....which I've never tried...not a fan so far. Breezehome is better than your first small cottage and since it's in town you have everything you need. I'll probably add a player home and call it good.).
  22. After playing in-game all morning, I like this. Lets add them.
  23. I always assumed the extra people were simply travelers that stopped in. This never seemed like it was suppose to be a village of any sorts.
  24. That looks correct so you should be able to drop SSME from your mod list since these two are doing the same thing. If you can't launch via Steam there is a problem with your files. Verify your local cache in Steam and let it fix anything that is off.
