  1. Fair suggestion. Please let us know when you finish, I would like to see that working too :) That's why I love this community!Â
  2. BTW - gotta love the time differences :)
  3. I'm finishing off my clean Skyrim/STEP install in a few day. Going to include AV and see if I get any problems.
  4. https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6690 It always bothered me that I don't really know WHAT the given decease actually DOES to you... Good for immersion. Not much more to say.
  5. It looks good, however I am not convinved to this: I don't usually fast travel, until I really have to, but why is a map "consumed" each time I open map menu? How is that realistic? The maps seems to disposable or what?
  6. This. A quote from the mod's page on Nexus: I am going to include this in my new playthrough (in process of installing STEP 2.2.1 atm, should be done in few days), see what happens...
  7. I feel for you... Had one couple of weeks ago, blegh. I can recommend some old Polish remedy: hot milk with teaspoon of butter, some honey and... Garlic. It tastes absolutely awful, but drink that twice a day and it will speed up getting better :) Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  8. Glad I wasn't the only one confused about the matter ;) Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  9. Thanks. Was just making sure. I don't use any body replacement mods. Went with closer. Cheers guys. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  10. Hi guys. For CA&LA do I instal closer AND hidden versions or only one of them? Thanks Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  11. Hi guys. Anyone knows how do I workaround the error message that I have no SKSE installed during SkyUI installation via Mod Organizer? ::EDIT:: Please ignore, I missed the additional dialogue window hidden below main MO window...
  12. Ignore my latter question, I got confused... Thanks for a prompt reply :)
  13. Hi guys Maybe a stupid question, but I'd rather ask than screw up half a day of working on this. I went through all the process, finalised the optimisation and I have 5 archives now (2x Hi Res DLC, Vanilla textures, Dawnguard and Hearthfire). I understand that I need to install them now (I use Mod Organiser, so will do through MO). What do I do with the BSA files that I unpacked using DDSopt? Do I delete them from my game directory or do I just leave them there? The DDSopt guide does not mention what to do with them... ::EDIT:: And just to be clear - I install "HD Texture DLC Fix v1 3b Loose Files" (prepared as per the guide) and THEN install the optimized archive on top of that, overwriting everything, yes?
  14. Couldn't agree more... I can't wait to finish my current playthrough (main quest, finally!) and start anew to test all the cool mods that are on my "to check it out" listÂ
  15. Any news on this by a chance? I plan to use it again (abandoned some time ago due to issues) Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  16. Wiki page of 2.2.1 is still Work In Progress and contains more recent updates, however bear in mind it is WIP. Current official release is 2.2.0a - i.e. the PDF version you have.
  17. This is from the latest official STEP release, i.e. 2.2.0. This section is currently not included in 2.2.1 WIP Wiki page. ::EDIT:: Seems like a few people were posting at the same time :)
  18. I know I do :) Never completed the game before, I've been starting it so many times that the first few quests were utterly boring to me. Now I see that the main quest is quite interesting! I'm still rushing through it though... I still prefer role playing a non dragon born character. Sorry, going off topic. Lack of activity? That happens, I wouldn't worry too much. Skyrim will be popular long enough to keep these forums busy for years :) Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  19. Discussion thread: Realistic Wolf Howls by Korvik Wiki Link This has just been uploaded to Nexus. Simple - it replaces vanilla wolf howl with more realistic one. Just watch the video. It sounds absolutely awesome to me! More than one type of howl too. It's really scary, you can actually hear it's friggin' WOLVES, not some cute puppies :) Accepted for v2.2.5 --Thanks to Wormheart for creating the mod page
  20. No problem :) I know there is a massive red box telling you that it's WIP, but people often tend to omit the obvious. Again - no insult or harm intended, and no problem :)
  21. Apologies, no harm intended, nor did I ever dare to suggest that you (or anyone else in fact) have no brain. Was simply pointing out a fact, that you may have overlooked or not be aware of, for whatever reason. I have no way of knowing your experience with modding. Trying to be helpful, get swearing back...
  22. STEP 2.2.1 is work in progress, SSL - it is not completed.
  23. Yeah, I totally don't get nude or big bottoms, sexy armour etc mods... Why? What is the reason? I actually think, taking amount of such mods, that the whole thing would make quite an interesting social study. In fact I wanted to start conversation on nexus regarding nude mods, to actually find out about people's reasoning for them :) Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
  24. This is very helpful, Techangel. In the previous versions of STEP this seemed unattended and incomplete. For someone who has no appropriate technical knowledge and was fully following STEP installation, the old recommended config (which was screenshot of only half of Inspector driver settings screen) could have possibly made things worse. Great work!
