  1. I'll probably wait a year or two after its release to pick up the "Ultimate" pack that includes all of the DLCs for a low price. lol
  2. Yes - there was recently discussion somewhere about it by the STEP staff, and that all was considered.
  3. I posted in CWO's Nexus bug forum a couple of the potential issues noticed either by you or me. I also posed a question about a patch in CWO's forum for TCIY, just to see what kind of discussion/response that gets from people.
  4. Excellent advice Harpalus, exactly what I needed to know. :)
  5. I don't know what the issue is - at first I thought you installed a mod called "Animations", but you didn't. You installed other animation mods. Someone else knowledgeable is going to have to jump in the conversation if they know an answer (or potential answer) to this.
  6. It is supposed to... (No NPC Greetings) https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP_Patches#Recommendations
  7. A couple questions: Did you try following the Fear & Loathing in New Vegas Guide instructions? Do you have New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE) properly installed?
  8. BTW, I examined the plugin from CWO and found conflicts with these STEP mods: Audio Overhaul for Skyrim (AOS) Cutting Room Floor (CRF) Even Better Quest Objectives (EBQO) The Choice is Yours (TCIY) Unofficial Skyrim Patch (USkP)
  9. For one, I see that "The Choice is Yours" conflicts. Supposedly an easy way to handle it is just to let CWO (+ CWO plugin) load after TCIY - you just lose one civil war choice option from TCIY, while making sure that CWO doesn't get broken.
  10. Anybody have a list of all the STEP mods that have alternate installation options that add compatibility with this mod - are there any?
  11. You be seeing the new version of STEP very soon and all of the changes to mods will be evident then. In the meantime, you can view most of the changes here: https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.9.1
  12. I personally use option 3, because I prefer to make my Exterior Normal Maps 1K versus 2K, which I use for everything else. That is based off of my own assessment of how much memory load I feel my graphics card should handle, which is based off of its VRAM and the speed at which it can process and transfer the VRAM. Your needs may be different.
  13. Same here. I just got promoted to part of the staff recently and I still probably drive EssArrBee nuts sometimes. :)
  14. Did you try disabling SFO and seeing if the problem is fixed?
  15. So you don't use the mod titled, "Animations" then?
  16. Yeah, I'm not sure about what triggers what (I forgot - it's been a while since I discussed this with EssArrBee). Do a search for "crossbow" in F&L's main discussion forum to find the posts about it. It's possible that this may be causing your FPS issues.
  17. Automatic - that's what I've always done...
  18. Check the forums for that Animations mod. I've read about issues like that with that specific mod. It often causes issues where it prevents interacting with certain objects/actors in the game.
  19. Looks like you have a messed up texture file in a mod that's overwriting grass textures. I would disable all the mods in your list that you think would cover textures for vegetation (which shouldn't be an overwhelming amount), and then start the game up and check to see if that grass looks OK. If it does, then it is a broken grass texture in one of those mods. In that case, I would re-enable 1 mod at a time and each time going into the game to check the grass - do this process until you end up with the messed up grass. Now you know which mod is corrupted. On the other hand, if disabling all the mods that could mess with vegetation textures doesn't fix the problem - then someone else will have to chime in, because I don't know... :)
  20. Do you have the "Animations" mod installed?
  21. Did you install the crossbow mod? I hear that kills FPS in Goodsprings area, but I believe EssArrBee is aware of some FNVEdits that can fix that issue (if that's what your problem is).
  22. Oh geez! Of course that was the problem - the BSAs... It's been such a long time that I played with the F&L guide that I forgot about that element. Stupid me - I should have realized and mentioned it before.
  23. Doesn't the 4gb loader have an "exes" folder where you have to put something into it? In mine I have d3d9.dll and falloutnv.exe
