I'm wondering if Face Replacer mods even work with MO?I installed Dk's and it doesn't work at all. When I installed Beware of Girl I had to get the individual skins from the page after the fomod refused to put the options I chose into the game because it was not playing nice with MO's VFS.Is there something special I need to do to get a face texture to work?

You may be installing the mods incorrectly if they have a .fomod inside of the archive you download from the nexus. SOmetimes you have to extract the .fomod file and install that with MO. Also, make sure you have the latest version of MO, the 1.2.10 version had a problem with installers.

I'm installing them via the Download with Manager button in most cases.I have 1.2.11So extract the .fomod and install that? Okay I'll give it a try.

Nope. DK's is just folders with .dds files. It doesn't work tho. Installed with MO and it just doesn't show up. :/

I'm currently working my way through your F&L guide. I just did the Allow Facial Morphs tweak. Does that have anything to do with it? or is that for something other than face textures?

I believe the textures show up from archive invalidation, but facial morphs have to do with the actual hex data in the plugin for each character's face. There has to something going on with the archive invalidation for it not to show in game. Is your game installed in the Program Files or Program Files (x86) folder?

Yes, but UAC is totally deactivated on my computer. I haven't used UAC in years. :/ I have no problem with anything writing. It made the change and the archive invalidation worked because other texture mods are working. Its just face mods that are failing.

I didn't see a race for it. I ended up going into geck and combining Nuska's head, Dk's face texture and Mikoto's hairs and eyes. It took a bit but works. Now my character can have all the pretties. Still not sure why the replacer didn't work, but eh. Done now. :) thanks.
