This has made it to Files Of The Month section. It changes quite a few animations, not sure if it's modular install however. The most important one for me is

modified Bergzore normal run animation which now have waving cloak ( like 360 walk and run mod ) so u don't have to worry about the cap glitching with the character legs.

And for that reason I will be checking this mod out :)

 

The author also states that

he left hand attacks doesn't work well with the other four directions forward right, forward left ....etc. this due to these direction generated by the other four direction so it must have the same animation or at least have the same attack direction in order to look decent at least.

but they will be fixing this in a future release. I am unable to see the videos at work, hence I can't really say much about this mod, but as I said, I will be checking it out.

It is modular. I don't like the new animation for 2-handed sword and couldn't find a video depicting the cloak fix.
