Grass and Gound Fixes

This mod is supposed to fix many littleÂ problems with flying grass in many places around Skyrim, clipping and water flashing.

The author claims it doesn't conflict with USKP, i've checked with Tes5Edit and it doesn't in fact, but Â i'm not sure USKP doesn't fix many or some of those.
