Yet another excellent mod for immersion that adds tons of new animals, foods, ingredients, diseases etc. There's also AI changes for wildlife in general. It has a compatability patch availble to work perfectly with Imps More Complex Needs, and there is a No-Food version available aswell if you simply want the rest. It does conflict with a few mods, namely Wars in Skyrim and the Hunter.esp from Skyrim Monster Mod. There's a few other minor conflicts aswell that won't cause any crashes or anything, it's all mentioned on the description page.

 

Personally I use neither of those so haven't been an issue, and I find it to be an excellent addition to my load order.
