Yeah just stumbled upon this.

The STEP install instructions should be updated to remove

"2. Install Fixed Mesh Lighting - Creation Club Backpack as a separate mod to maintain version notification updates."

because since version 1.9.0 the main file includes the optional file Fixed Mesh Lighting - Creation Club Backpacks. The STEP FOMOD instructions even show the new option - Other / Potions / Adventurer's Backpack - as ticked.
