That's not bad. I just know when I look at the sun I most definitely do not see rainbows. Maybe if I was on something... Haha!

I use that. It looks really well except early in the morning when looking directly in the sun:

Why the sun even has textures... all of this should be done via shader effects instead of textures hehe. 

 

That said then some people like rays and rainbows. Not many people do these anymore since well... they are redundant with ENB. 

But most of them have rays.. very large rays.

That's a pretty accurate representation of how the sun looks to me some mornings. Usually the ones where I may have overdone it the night before.
