SKYRIMLE SRLE extended LOTD. Suggestions for new additions.

Both would work. I don't think anything else in the heads-up display merge touches the iHud stuff. -

Only super-easy thing I would suggest (I made a long list before that wasn't terribly helpful) is some FISS addons for mods to give them FISS functionality. Found on the SkyTweak page optional files. FISS addons for iHud, MoreHud, and SkyUI. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33395/? -

Yep, this looks exactly like what we need. I remember auto-fixing the mesh for SIC for my own game a while back, but this does that and fixes other bugs. Two thumbs up. -

I think the Astakos option is good for SkyTest. It's the one I plan to use. Seems like the safest plugin - who wants animals causing all sorts of havoc in town? It is unrealistic as well, wild animals tend to stay away from populated areas for the most part. Got through to the merging section and got distracted by other games... :-P -
I haven't digested everything in this thread, I've only skimmed...I will properly read it all when I'm off work. Just a couple basic thoughts: I do believe there is some "higher power" or higher form of existence. I have a sneaking suspicion that the earth and the organisms on it are somehow connected like organelles in a cell, or cells in a body. But that is neither here nor there. However, generally when I think of things that cannot yet be explained, I think of Clark's three laws. 1. When a distinguished but elderly scientist states that something is possible, he is almost certainly right. When he states that something is impossible, he is very probably wrong. 2. The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible. 3. Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. It is folly to think that what we currently know (based on science) is all there is. As we get better technology and theorists continue to further the work of those that came before them, we may yet discover things that most people would currently think are ridiculous. That being said, I also try to remember this XKCD comic to keep me rational: https://xkcd.com/1235/ So who knows. :-P

There are differences between the two. I believe Carriage and Ferry Travel lets you be dropped off at any settlement, but not picked up. Might need to do some testing. -

Legacy Unofficial patch updated to v1.5.5 [spoiler=Changelog] The Legacy Unofficial Fix Patch v1.5.5 has been posted in the "Updates" file section. - Added secret stone switch to outside of museum secret exit. - Rebuilt Airship scripts for easy universal edit free use in other mods. Addon Guide .txt file included in archive. - The Airship Has full LOD and can be seen from outside major cities when it's docked. - Modified airship interior map area, added stop for Elsweyr base and conditioned several flags to only be available after certain quests bring you there. (high hrothgar, winterhold college, volkihar castle and fort dawnguard, etc). - Reversed turn in conditions for Much Ado Staff of Ikngthand and Xrib (so Irk becomes the last turned in as it should be) - Set no reflect/absorb flag on the phantasmal chest which was allowing some people to fail to summon said chest because of how the spell functions. - Added fixed Wraithguard gauntlet meshes to fix gap issues on some armor and fixed armoraddon slot to use only slot 33. - Changed the Combat Music from playing in the Waning Moon Interior. - Optimized the pale pass catapult script to stop its firing rotation when not in Pale Pass (saves registered updates from processing). Clean Scripts: DBM_NavigateScript DBM_AirshipScript DBM_CatapultScript -

I believe Better Males is nude in the guide, but is overriden by SkySight Skins for the non-beast races. -

For Advanced Adversary Encounters, what do you guys think of SirJesto's AAE Fixes Patch? Found on the main AAE page or on SirJesto's AAE Patches page. Dated 30th October, 2016; whereas the AAE Merged Patch for SRLE Extended Legacy is dated 11th October, 2016. Therefore I assume it is not included in the merge. Edit: Maybe this is another merged into the CR thing. I really should just finish the guide and examine the stuff in xEdit before I post more suggestions... -
MO isn't installing mods
Nebulous112 replied to Notable_Builder_O_The_Bob's question in Mod Organizer Support
MO uses a virtual file system, so Skyrim or SKSE must be launched through MO for the installed mods to have effect. -

That's a great idea, SJ. I've used Ashien's Cursed Rings in the past to weaken followers, but your solution is a lot more elegant. I'm definitely going to try this out. -

Makes sense. I think the new version is a downgrade, myself. It seems like the re-written version would be too hardcore. Thanks, Nozzer. -

You Hunger got a big update to v2.0. Complete re-write of the mod...might cause some issues. Author recommends not using the new version on existing saves. Farms and fields will be almost barren as well... [spoiler=Changelog]-Mod completely redone from scratch -Added Hearthfire support. -Falskaar and Wyrmstooth dropped from latest version (will become seperate patches). -Non disabled foods/drinks are located in more logical and harder to reach places compared to previous versions -The amount of disabled food and drink is now based on location (based on wealth) with variations based on population and item type. -Most food and drinks not pinned down to a market stall in exterior locations are now disabled. -Market stalls aren't doing so well either. -Re enabled salmon and mammoth cheese in areas that didn't make any sense being disabled. -About 83% of crops disabled (leek, cabbage, potato, gourd, wheat, ash yam. -Food types available for placed food is now based on location. -Extensive leveled list changes. Merchants sell only what you see and food in barrels and sacks are nonexistant. -Domesticated animals disabled except one of each type in an area. All domesticated animals disabled in specific areas. v1.3.1 is still available in the "Old Versions" files, though. Edit: Also, any reason we don't use the Falskaar or Moon and Star patches? -

Sure thing, Lexy. When I finish installing the guide I will definitely test out the bashed patch. I've been following the discussion on Wrye Bash development on the Bethsoft thread. A new v307 Beta 2 should be released soon-ish. Any thoughts on the Heavy Armory - True Weapons optional file I mentioned earlier? -

Yeah, the normal maps for them are in BPT Animals and Creatures, not BPT Draugr. What I meant was that shouldn't the styles match? So if we get rid of the main texture file in Kajuan's Draugr, shouldn't we also get rid of the associated normal map in Kajuan's Draugr? That way the texture will show up in-game like it was meant to? And if we get rid of the female armor from Kajuan's Draugr, should we not get rid of the male armor as well? (I assume that is what the armor.dds file is.) Otherwise you would have Kajuan-style male armor and vanilla/Gamwich-style female armor. Or just get rid of BPT Draugr Armor and let Kajuan's stuff do it all. Anyway, I'm not trying to cause trouble. ;-) I just really love the guide and appreciate all the effort you folks put into it. So if I spot something amiss, I want to fix it if I can. Or at least report it. Gives me a clear conscience, lol. -

Actually that is what confused me...SR:LE base includes the SIC version. "Immersive Creatures-DG-DB" option. See here. It is the same number of plugins. Instead of "dD-Dragonborn-Dawnguard-EBT Patch.esp" you get "dD-DG-DB-Immersive Creatures EBT Patch.esp". -

Hey folks, For Heavy Armory, shouldn't we be using the True Weapons version of the .esp? (i.e. Download the main file, and overwrite the .esp with the True Weapons optional file.) We do use the True Weapons and Armor option with WAF. Also, is there a reason that we don't use the SIC option for Enhanced Blood Textures? -

Nebulous112 replied to Darth_mathias's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Should we also remove textures\actors\draugr\armor.dds? That is the other file from BPT Draugr Armor that is being overridden by Kajuan's Draugr. Edit: And what about the associated normal maps (the "_n" files)? Kajuan's Draugr overrides the ones from BPT Animals and Creatures. -

FYI, besides the LotD Unofficial Fix Patch going to v1.4, the various patches rayhne mentions do affect SR:LE Extended LotD. The Snazzy Furniture patch was updated to v1.5.5, and the Helgen Reborn patch (currently merged in the SR:LE LotD patches) was updated to v1.1. Besides that, Cutting Room Floor was updated to v2.0.5. I have edited the guide to reflect the new version number for CRF. -

But for Windsong it says to download the "WSCO Occidental UNP and BetterMale Body v1". Doesn't that imply that UNP and Better Males is required? Edit: Nevermind, I see that it includes the needed files itself. I'll change it back to the way it was on the wiki. Thanks, Nozzer! Edit 2: Aaaaaand...reverted back to the way it was. -

I noticed both "Better Males" and "UNP Blessed Body - UNPB Redux Project" is tagged as Optional and HQ. Shouldn't they be core? Whether you go with option 1 or 2, you need both. Also, mods in other sections of the guide marked as "Core" expect a UNPB body. I changed these two mods in the wiki to be "Core" instead, but I can change it back if you want. As this is more than a little typo fix, I thought I would double check with you. -

Ignore the MO warning. Easy to miss, but STEP actually recommends turning off the warning in MO as part of the initial MO setup. I've just been fixing minor stuff as I make my way through the guide for my own install...figured I could save you folks some time. Hope you don't mind. :-) I can take a look at the stuff pt1f4b mentioned a little later if you want.
