  8. Combat overhaul...... I had AFT , Advance Follower Tweak , but not for long. Given this is a Combat thread , the one thing I liked about AFT was that followers would take their helmets off , when not in combat, this is realism , and we want realism with our combat be it NPC animals people followers or dragons For a me a good combat overhaul mod would take into account your follower , so like AFT , they would be useful in combat , and when not murdering the inhabitants of skyrim , go sit somewhere, with their helmet off :)

I have an issues with My staff , Servant ,Cook , Laborer Not using the upstairs Single beds at Lakeside , too sleep in, they will use the upstairs Double beds All beds can be used by me, except the Kids beds, BUT only the DB bed upstairs ,and my bed in Main bedroom, will the follower use, the two single beds , she will not sleep in. My Follower Jessica below If the upstairs DB has two NPC sleeping , then One of the NPC will sleep in the Entrance way , expect there's NO bed. Tried using the Markfordelete command ( always SAVE before doing this), to remove , what I thought might be an invisible bed , but it just removed the floor ..lol , so reloaded the save. But I did manged to get rid of the railing blocking been able to walk all the way around the landings outside Before AND After Would like My NPC , not too sleep in the Entrance way on the invisible bed , but too sleep upstairs in the single beds The Kids beds are marked " in use " and they sleep in them

Yep Guide great BUT it is there , and the Mod is been used and it does have INI setting that may conflict with your STEP Guide ini settings Also please note , that most players I feel are using weather mods , and the ENB I'm using Phinix Natural ENB does suggest Weather Mods too use. In my first post , I mention the Clamp Off suggested by Phinix Natural ENB , again this is different to the Step Guild, as mine was ON , Since doing that , I have not have this problem , with the rain below I only mentioned the above in my first post, because , its "water" even if its rain, no idea if it was relevant , but posted anyway. Streamlining the Guide , with the MODS and suggested MODS too use , just makes for a better Step Guild , as Phinix Natural ENB , is one of the better ENB especially if your using weather MODS So would like this all too be taken into consideration , when questions arise , from , following the Step Guide , be it Core, Extended , or ENB suggested Mods PS , still no underwater effect , lol , but it seems more difficult too implement , than I first thought Thanks ,Great guide , would be lost in CTD hell , without it :)

Yep , lost ..lol I have noidea , what setting, and in what direction to tweak anything , so I'm not flying blind making changes I don't understand , will pass it on too the mod maker , (ask for blur water ) underwater effect. I just surprised with the effort of Lore imposed , by Step, that , clear underwater is allowed and tolerated , in using ENB The WET EYES mod , seems ok ,but there are issues ( read WET EYES post) that concerned me , so that needs to be improved first before I would use it

  23. I was having issues with my game , but after using the xEdit Merge , and following the step video ( even if out of date) , of what to uncheck/check and the order to do the Merge and Bash , and other patches my game is very stable.

Been doing a google search , any link about how to go about this And Cells https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/856181-low-timescales-more-bloat/&do=findComment&comment=6859483 "Or you could just use wrye bash and lower the time it takes to clear cells. For instance if you use a timescale of 10, tweak it so cleared cells respawn every 15 days and non-visited cells respawn every 5 days. Not to mention if you are using low timescales you are most likely using a basic needs mod and that knocks off 8-10 hours for sleeping that you need every game day, leaving 14-16 hours of a game day that is actually being played. One thing that can also help, is using wrye bash set the respawn cell to a custom time of 1 hour, then get on the game, wait an hour and exit. This works great for clean saves when you are removing a mod, especially if you don't like the ideal of waiting a full month in-game time." I'm using "Ineeds" and Step guide mods, I'm finding the eating drinking with followers is out of wack , with my game play , The Default Time is too fast for me but don't want to game to be ruined , if timescale is change Wrye bash seems the best way to go , with cell edits , but have No clue how to go about it
  25. No just RealShelter , and some how , my brain was convinced it was in the step guide ..lol :) I have no issue with the xEdit Merge with my game, but time will tell
