skyrim mod organizer v.0.12.9 download questions
EssArrBee replied to Quahogs's question in Mod Organizer Support
Maybe we should standardize our nomenclature. Plugin should refer to esp/esm and mod should be the blanket term for all game modifications. Install order for ENB and the particle patch do not matter. Particle patch should be installed according to the mods it overwrites, while ENB will only overwrite other injectors or older ENB versions that use the d3d9.dll. -
CTD and Performance patch ENBoost (by Boris Vorontsov)
EssArrBee replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Have you tried using the utility that Phinix posted on his site to help you pick the correct INI settings (which I believe you meant enblocal.ini not skyrimlocal.ini)? It is just a quick utility that will let you chose the right settings and then you copy/paste them into you enblocal.ini in the [Memory] section. -
How do you do that exactly? I haven't figured that out yet.

The birds in SkyBirds will stop you to, but they are scripted to moved/fly out of the way, so at least that's a bit better.

CTD and Performance patch ENBoost (by Boris Vorontsov)
EssArrBee replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Yeah, but SMAA injector or HiAlgoBoost can't be used. Even though my current ENB profile is running amazing with v209, I'm afraid of what the future of it is, maybe Edge AA which I do like. I was playing almost all day yesterday and had one ILS, no crashes or freezes. -
FPS rate into hundred plus ! ????
EssArrBee replied to Quahogs's question in General Skyrim LE Support
I thought reinstalling the driver would reset the nvidia inspector profiles to default? Is forceoff the same as disabling vsync with hardware settings? Maybe change that to something else and see what happens, otherwise try something that Aiyen suggested because I'm about out of ideas. -
Wyrmstooth - The great mod that i can't play
EssArrBee replied to 7hr08ik's question in General Skyrim LE Support
The scripts being there isn't the problem, it's that a script no longer contains a piece of code that the object used to have access to. I have no clue why this is, but it never affected me playing Wyrmstooth during two playthroughs. The latest version is supposed to remove a bit of Papyrus errors, I know all the instrument errors are gone from my logs, so check if you have it. -

EssArrBee replied to Quahogs's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Do you have vsync disabled in Nvidia Inspector, check both the global profile and TESV profile. I believe you need to look for Vsync Tear Control and set to Adaptive, and the Vertical Sync line to Use the 3D Application Setting. Also, look in any other profiles you created for Skyrim to see if something is up. Oh and make sure you click apply so the changes stick, I forget to do that all the time. -
CTD and Performance patch ENBoost (by Boris Vorontsov)
EssArrBee replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I wouldn't update to this version yet, just let it work it self out. Boris is removing support for certain things he sees are crapware. I really doubt that anyone should call SweetFX and HiAlgoBoost crapware. -

EssArrBee replied to Quahogs's question in General Skyrim LE Support
It has to be vsync turned off in skyrim.ini, look for iPresentInterval and set it to 1. You could also try deleting both INI files and then letting new ones regenerate at the default settings. Then just make new adjustments accordingly. -
Is anyone using the latest MO v99.2? It isn't loading my mod plugins, maybe someone else is having better luck?

SKYRIMLE Extensible Follower Framework (by Expired)
EssArrBee replied to zodden's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
You should only use the merge for updates if the update requires the file that is already installed. If it does not require any other previous file then use replace. And for the 4.0 betas you can update without a clean save. If going from 3.5.6 to 4.0 you need a clean save. -

What other lighting/weather mods are you guys using with PNENB? I've been using it without interiors plugin and just using the ELFX and the ELFX Enhancer.esp for darker dungeons. I've been meaning to test out ELFX with the PNENB plugin to see which is best, but my game has been so stable I don't want to touch it at the moment. -
ACCEPTED Enhanced Blood Textures (by dDefinder)
EssArrBee replied to frihyland's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Speaking of dDefinder mods, No Spinning Death Animation has been updated with a file for Riekling death poses and also there is now a merged version that covers the spinning death, dragon twitching, and Rieklings. -
1st STEP install - Succsess - but a few remaining questions!
EssArrBee replied to frozenreads's question in General Skyrim LE Support
1) Don't worry to much about orange colored stuff. If you get more advanced knowledge of using TES5Edit then you can reorder them, but you shouldn't have any problems with it. 2) Turn off the SkyUI version check in the MCM menu. 3) It isn't game breaking if you just want to play since you are a first timer. 4) I think it's included and you use the installer to get the correct version. 5) Okay the bashed Patch allows you to merge some mods to reduce the number of plugins and also tweak some settings to your liking. If you right click on the Bahsed Patch and select the rebuild bashed patch option a menu will pop up with options. There are some check boxes in the left column and there you should select merge patches, leveled lists, and tweak settings. When you choose merge patches, check all the mods listed. For the tweak settings you should follow the directions for crime radius tweak listed on the STEP guide. Also, if it asks you to deactivate mods then select yes and those will end being the ones you merge. The mergeable mods will be green in color and after the bashed patch is built and checked those mods should be uncehcked and have a plus sign there. -
ACCEPTED Enhanced Blood Textures (by dDefinder)
EssArrBee replied to frihyland's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I don't know about that? EBT causes so many freezes and the blood scripts have never really been perfected, plus the guy that developed them isn't working on anything new. Maybe keep the textures and drop the EBT plugin. That's pretty much what I have done. -
I've heard that the v.206 ENB is working much better for the newer stuff Boris added in and has less stuttering that 202-205 had for 64-bit systems. The guy I talked to has a GTX780 though so he might just have a system with the brute force to run it smoothly. I'll try it out a bit later and see whats up with it.

Skyrim Redone Stack Dumps! HELP!
EssArrBee replied to Aminados's topic in General Skyrim LE Discussion & Support
I've had this issue without ever using SkyRe, I'm actually wondering if anyone using an OS other than Windows 7 SP1 64-bit has had this stack problem? -
Any updates on 1.9 patch bugs? Lip sync.
EssArrBee replied to carlos3lance's topic in General Skyrim LE Discussion & Support
Well if you want it off then you have to disable it in everything I guess, but doing it in the INIs and ENB would probably take care it. I don't think you would do it with nvidia inspector too, I'd just set that to adaptive or application controlled if it is available. -
The description for it is on the ELFX page, but basically it is a darker dungeons plugin for ELFX. It does a few other things besides that, but if you want darker interiors then you won't need a custom plugin for it. I don't use it because I use ENB and the custom plugin that goes with it.

Need help find what texture is messed up please
EssArrBee replied to EisDrache's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Are you also using an alternate texture for CBBE bodies? I think that Neo uses something else for those textures and normals like Mature Skin Texture and Body. -
Swapping Installed Texture Packs?
EssArrBee replied to Vyperhate's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Yeah, but with texture packs you can just install over them with different versions. If you decide to go with the 2k version and start getting outdoor crashes, it could be the 3.1GB limit. Just uninstall the 2k version and install the 1k version and put it in the place of 2k version in you mod list. -
Swapping Installed Texture Packs?
EssArrBee replied to Vyperhate's question in General Skyrim LE Support
No not everything has 1k option, but all the large texture packs that cover exteriors do. The interior stuff can be 2k. -
CoT is a complex BAIN so you just choose the boxes on the right side on the installers tab, and then choose the esp/esm you want to install. That is the old way of doing WB installation, but since Metallicow came up with wizards it has spoiled us.
