I don't mind. Will does it quite a bit when there are errors, so imagine how bad it would be without him. -

If anyone is using the ADAM Complete plugins I made a while back, I fixed a couple errors in them. Cleaned the ITMs from the main plugin. Prototype Riot Armor was under the floor along with the shelf it was supposed to be located on. That is not a problem anywhere. Updated the Prototype Riot Helmet for the PN patch. I left the Cateye effect on it and it wasn't necessary supposed to be with visor ovelays. https://copy.com/UklDWh4fghGW If you aren't using these plugins, then just replace all the ADAM plugins including the PN patch with these two. -
Updated MO to 1.2.5 and now it won't launch SKSE??
EssArrBee replied to nvniko's question in Mod Organizer Support
Make sure the SKSE executable is is set to the right path. Just use go the drop down and click edit. -
My problem is seeing games I'm interested in that I don't already own. :( I did pick up the XCOM Complete and Bioshock complete since I only had those on xbox and I don't own one of those anymore. Metro Last Light was just too cheap not to buy, and I like the adventure games from Telltale so I picked up Wolf Among Us. Plus, I bought a couple games for some peeps.

Good flash sales going right now. Just Cause 2 for $3. Gone Home for $3. Spec Ops The Line for $6. Scribblenauts for $5. Only 6 hours left on those. Also, go vote for the Addictive - Moddable category for the next community sale. I want Kerbal Space Program 40% off.

Yeah, I have the file and not much will change other than the PB-6P9 file will get dropped. They did not listen to my advice to package the mod in any normal manner, so the FOMOD can't be read by MO since it's two layers deep. I don't think they really had time to redo an installer though. I just made some instruction updates to a bunch of mods. If you are someone that has mods already installed then you only need to reinstall WMX. I had an error in the install instructions that WilliamImm found. Optionally, you can follow the BSA extraction instructions and the mod cleaning instructions if you feel like it. I do recommend extracting the listed in the mods from the changelog because of the 255 character limit bug. -
Mod Organizer Spotty Downloading, Won't Log In
EssArrBee replied to atlasatlarge's question in Mod Organizer Support
Did you get the latest version of MO because it updated to 1.2.5 a few hours ago? The issue with downloads should be fixed, but earlier today there was server maintenance and the site has been experiencing issues all day. It is not an MO problem like it was before MO's update. We just have to wait it out. -
SkyUI Error Code 5: Incompatible menu file (map.swf)
EssArrBee replied to peppergomez's question in General Skyrim LE Support
What version of MO are you using? Maybe the latest version doesn't have the issue anymore. Also, disable the internal installer install the mod normally like any other mod, then reenable the internal installer. -

It changes the order they are loaded by adding them to the mod install order. If you want to have the DLC overwrite everything then you can do so now. Putting them first is the what I will instruct everyone to do. What becomes an issue is if you optimize the textures for each thing. Then you list it in order but put the optimized textures between each DLC. Fallout - Textures OPTDead MoneyDead Money - Textures OPTHonest HeartsHonest Hearts - Textures OPT...Other mods after DLC and Opted textures. That will give you the right file priority. This is much more an issue for STEP than F&L because the UPPs need to also go between the DLC. We don't have that issue with FNV. The only issue is if you update and all the DLC is at the bottom of the let pane you need to move them up. The other thing is that FOMM is now only going to be used by 2 mods. I might add WotNM later, but it works manually as well. -

Okay, I need some help figuring out how to address the new MO v1.2.5 thingy where the DLC is listed in the mods tab. Anyone wanna throw out any ideas? Actually, I've been putting a lot of time and effort the guide the last two weeks and I've gotten to a point where I don't know what is good. I look at the guide page and know there is lots to do, but my eyes glaze over and my mind goes blank. I know what has to be done, I just don't know how to do it at the moment. -

Drinking solves most of my problems too. Did you redownload all the UPPs or just the USKP? Maybe it's a DLC or UDGP, UHFP, UDBP problem. -

The nexus is completely messed up for me right now. If I try to go to any page it's just white. Anyways, hlp, the guy who took over NVSE development, found out that NVAC's latest version allows you to clean the UDRs and ITMs of Vurt's WFO (the fertile version for sure) without the game crashing at start up. Not sure how many goats you have to sacrifice to conjure up that kind of dark magic, but if you feel like cleaning Vurt's mod of the 4000+ UDRs, go ahead, just remember to backup your plugin when exiting FNVEdit so you can revert if it doesn't work. -

Sourceforge has the installer version. -
Well we need to fast track 2.2.9 because we locked 2.2.8 and it is pretty much dead in the water right now. I may have to put off F&LNV dev and get 2.2.9 done.

Mod Organizer v1.2.5 have been put on the nexus, so I'm going to do some revisions of stuff in the guide. If you aren't on the up and up about how the new system with work then I suggest you wait to update until I have time to mess with it. -
It's the same guide. Core have a green bar next to them and extended dos not. Click the step wiki on the top left and it will take you to the main page.
-
The legend explains what core mods are. Basically the green bar next to a mod means its step core. We recommend installing all the core mods, but you can choose whatever extended mods you want. The difference between using all the step extended and only using a few is that you use the extended patch for complete extended install and use the core patch for any other type of install.

You don't have worry about it. It's just good practice to pay attention going forward. Plus, you don't use Vurts ESP and you didn't clean Vault 22 so it should be fine. -

No mods in STEP or really any that I know of are like that. Fallout New Vegas, the authors were a little less worried about the standards that have been established by the TES crowd. -

There are ITMs which are Intentional to Masters and UDRs which are Undeleted and Disabled References. In xEdit you apply the filter for cleaning and when it's done you right click the mod you want to clean. Then you hit Undelete and Disable References first then Remove Intentional to Masters the second time. If you see a BOSS log it lists how many records should be cleaned. So, Tales of the Burning Sands.esm will say: Contains dirty edits: 17 ITM, 0 UDR records. Needs FNVEdit cleaning. A cleaning guide is available here. This means that you do not need to select Undelete and Disable References on that mod, only Remove Intentional to Masters. This is something important to pay attention to because some mods the ITMs can be cleaned, but cleaning the UDRs will mean that it will crash on start. -
WTF Japan?!?!? Seriously, Kojima is just trolling at this point for not letting him make other IPs.
