You cannot mod games that exist in the program files folder. Those protected by windows even if UAC is turned off. You need to move steam. Just google it since steam has easy instructions for moving the steam folder. I suggest using c:/games. I'm not surprised you've had so many issues. -

It might be a weird permission thing from windows. You can do is the same operations from within windows explorer. Right click the mod and there is a option to view the folder. As long as the sound files are in the correct folder you should be okay. -

Folder path may be to long. Windows limitation. You could shorten the name of the plugin to something like nvuncutseries.esp and then make the folder names from those to mods match it. -

Actually, missing meshes. Missing textures are usually purple or replaced by incorrect textures. -

Okay, in the mean time while waiting to see about UIO and OneHUD compatibility, I've been testing quite a bit. Legacy of X-13: DONE I should have had this in a long time ago. My bad. THis will get added very soon, maybe today. Dead Money Assassin Suit is included in this mod, so it will be dropped. I now have 7 Yuki mods tested, so a Yuki Gameplay Tweaks section is in the works. They are tiny so expect more merging. Yeah, I'd like to look at it. -

I still can't figure out OneHUD. Gonna have to get JazzisParis to add support for it. @GSDFan What did you do the to the inventory_menu.xml file to get that error to go away? -
A red mod means that you have a missing master. You probably have a plugin unticked somewhere. Maybe one of the DLC. Right click on the column header and make sure Lock Times is unticked. The bash tag header can be ignored. The Bashed Patch with fix that when you build it. It is a good idea to start the game after each section to make sure everything is on the up and up, but other than that there isn't a ton I left out. SOrtomatic - Modders Resource is the name of the mod, not the file you download. Get the main file and install that one. No 'merge' means the name of the mod is different somehow. You can rename it or install it as a separate mod.

Good catch. I should have said to untick Pacer's Gambit when I added it to that section. The rule of thumb on merging is that if a mod is only a plugin then after merge untick the mod in the left pane. If the mod has others assets (textures, meshes, sounds...) then move the plugin to the optionals and leave it ticked.

Actually, nevermind that doesn't fix the problem with OneHUD. I've tested enough Yuki mods that I can add a small Yuki section and just keep adding to it. The problem is that you'll have to remerge the mods in that section if I add more and more. Not sure how that will affect current saves. Anyways, enough testing for me tonight. -

I've gotten everything to work right except OneHUD now. I think it has to do with having Primary Needs HUD supported, but you have to do a separate file the One HUD version of Primary Needs. The supported one lists: PrimaryNeedsHUD.xmlPrimary Needs HUD.esmbut you need it say: PrimaryNeedsHUD.xmloHUD.esmPutting that in a text file in the hud_main_menu folder should work. At least, I hope it works. Victor looked like this: Freaked me out because I completely forgot that I had Improved Robot Textures installed. I do like the design though, gonna have to look at some more bots. Found a weird bug with Enhanced Camera. If you are in thrid person and start sprinting, it goes into first person automatically. Anyone have this issue? -

PN does not need FOMM since it doesn't need to see anything. There is nothing in the install script to detect MTUI or DarnUI afaik. -

Oh, I'm already thinking about how to add UIO into the guide. It may be something that saves me the hassle of hiding certain files and a bunch of other stuff. MO may be a pain with it and Overwrite files, but it could end up being a small annoyance and you could just leave the files in their forever. Jazzisparis is one of those NVSE junkies, so those guys seem to figure everything out. Really happy someone came up with a different way of doing these mods, but reading through it, I'm not sure it's easier than uHUD to use. You have to make a folder for every mod unless the mod author releases one. I may just make a F&L mod that can install that and you won't have to make your own. Just install it and BOOM done. The biggest benefit will be installing new UI mods without destroying the whole section. That alone would be a good enough reason for me to add it, even if it is a little more work the frustration level would be much lower.
