  1. I don't think so. SkyUI 3, at least in its current state, uses a BSA instead of loose files :(Well that's easy enough to fix :P
  2. Cool, ruins chest should look that much better than Detailed Chests, woohoo.
  3. I saw this but then I wonder why the tweaks are still on the description page and in the archive, or are those different settings that still need to be applied?
  4. Wanted to reiterate Blacksol's question, I can't find an answer in the mod's comments either. I hope it will if it's loaded after USKP, but just want to make sure.
  5. my bad, thanks for the correction. I hate when I do that, but it's annoying to rephrase sentences so that you're always using gender-neutral words.
  6. Eh, I'm not as fond of the male one as Nuska's. MacKom's has a lot of the fine detail (mainly wrinkles) taken away, and while they're definitely not glamoured up, I think they could be a bit more "rugged". Will have to check in-game.
  7. Do you need to uncheck the read only box to play the game? No, as the game would still be able to "read" the files. Just not change them. Will add this to the guide! Totally forgot about this.
  8. This is the coldest Christmas we've had in a couple years... it's 60F and overcast :P
  9. Sweet, Fallout 3 was another really good one (much better than New Vegas IMO). Â Before you play them however, make sure to check out the Top 100 on Nexus to get all the unofficial patches (pretty much required for Oblivion >.>), the big texture packs, and the other popular stuff.
  10. No ESPs, no conflicting resources, and they're both an improvement over Vanilla... why not both!?
  11. You need to give them an extension of ".ini".Will SkyUI still recognize them as INIs?
  12. I love the Internet :D
  13. Looking good, we'll have to add this as a note on the mod tables. Â It always seemed annoying to get the Value/Weight column to show up, SkyUI doesn't have decent instructions on how to do it.
  14. There are a few tweaks that get reset if you edit anything in the Launcher as well (although I have no idea why you'd need to ever use it after the first boot up). Â I'll add a note to the guide mentioning this.
  15. I added them to the guide using a value of 18, go ahead and change it as you see fit. Â Not sure if it should be on the main page itself, but it does show up in the Guides category either way.Â
  16. Go torminator! Â Shouldn't this be in the Guides section of the forum anyways, what's it doing in Support?
  17. I'll go ahead and add those using fNearDistance=18 (go ahead and change it when tested more). Oh my god he used our website!  I just wish we had our awesome skin then for everyone to see.
  18. Unfortunately so. Â All the Wiki stuff is done for this release (although not the mod testing ticket system) so now we're working out a couple things regarding mod order. Â Once that's done we should be able to get a beta-ready guide up for final testing. Â
  19. Do the batch files not copy files that will be overwritten? Â If they do then I don't think you'll get only the SRO files. Â Also, make sure you're using a batch file that corresponds with the SRO version you have.
  20. What a weird decision...  Which is better: phasing through walls or vibrating mountains? With this change do you think the tweaks are ready to be added to the guide?
  21. I like the concept a lot, but none of those designs do it for me. I guess I like "simplified" the best, but it's a little bit too exaggerated, a thinner line with a faint glow/outline would be best IMO.
  22. According to Skyrim HD's Facebook page a new version is coming on the 24th. Not sure if I'm happy or slightly annoyed that now we need to review more textures.
  23. I'm not sure if there will be a PDF either, there are a couple export extensions that might let us automatically generate PDFs but I haven't looked into it.I like the idea of the Wiki only. Some others might like the PDF, but for me it's seems like it would be easier as I wouldn't have to constantly switch between two programs. Everything is right there in the browser.I've always preferred that as well, but to each his own and if it's not a huge hassle to accommodate those who want a PDF we will. Â One good thing about the PDF is that when we update it on the Nexus page everyone tracking STEP will be notified, Â but we might just do a mailing list type thing instead, not sure.
  24. It is colored and underlined because it is in fact a "hot button" and links to the page Techangel posted above (correctly according to a fresh copy of the PDF I downloaded). I'd ask if your reader wasn't handling hyperlinks correctly but I assume you were able to click the mod links themselves? I'm not sure if there will be a PDF either, there are a couple export extensions that might let us automatically generate PDFs but I haven't looked into it.
