  1. I think your topic title is kinda conflicting with what you are saying. Is there an easy way to reduce 2k textures to 1k? Yes, there is. Is there a way to delete only 2k files from the entire folder easily? No, but I think I know a program that a batch system could be made for. So which is it?
  2. You didn't happen to modify anything about memory for Java did you? Idk if this will work but... How about make the javaw.exe or all the skyproc patchers set to admin And if it doesn't then I would revert it back to normal If you have mo set to admin that may be your problem.

If you are using your graphics drivers aa then you should to turn off sub pixel morphological antialiasing or SMAA and fxaa in sweetfx.txt or whatever they use as a config file and the all the aa in enb. For most enb you do not need to use SFX. They use it for aa and for adding tinting as a post processor. That being said the colors may be off because the enb settings may be altered and have weird effects. I believe there is an enb manager that works pretty well if you hate manually doing it. Take a peak in SR:LE for a link; I am on my phone.

  5. I think that this should be included with STEP Core because of... For the Memory Patch 3.0 or SSME to be effective you must have a 64 bit OS and have more than 4GB of RAM. As I was helping people out with pretty consistent CTDs and they claimed it was pretty consistent. I had asked them to install Memory Blocks Log and then post their MemoryBlocksLog.Log and this showed that SKSE memory tweaks for blocks1 wasn't working correctly. This is the first few lines of a normal working memory tweak logging of blocks enabled logging max values only Timer disabled Block1 Block2 512MB 256MBThis is what the user that had CTDs posted logging of blocks enabled logging max values only Timer disabled Block1 Block2 256MB 256MBThe MemoryBlocksLog.Log will clearly show what the actual block sizes are for blocks 1 & 2. In this case Block1 is 256 which can be easily maxed out causing a freeze or CTD. In the first log it show that Blocks1 is 512 which is a good starting value and will work for most users. I have found this to be a really helpful tool myself in the past. I tried to think of any downsides and I could think of any that would negatively impact a STEP users game All it does Starts up and logs the info every time the memory blocks increase. The only way to directly prove that the memory tweak are or are not working is by using this plugin. There are other means but I have excluded them because they are more complex than this plugin. Do you have skse.ini as a mod in mod organizer That may cause an issue but I am unsure If you do have it in a mod organizer mod try putting it into <skyrim install>Dataskse folder Thank you double you for explaining it better than I could But if you increase either block1 greater than 768 or block2 greater than 256 It causes skyrim to crash on startup if in enblocal Expandmemoryx64 is enabled I found this to be a common issue with me. Or am I just crazy?

This is why your game is crash happy because the memory patch 3.0 isn't working What's your skse ini What's your enblocal ini This is the 2nd case this week that had that same issue Block1 should be at 512 with the fix applied.   10. Ok, the memory patch 3.0 or whatever you want to call it might not even be working. Download and install Memory Blocks Log. Purposely cause the game to CTD/IIS/freeze In the overwriteskseplugins folder with be a log Then copy/paste it into spoilers EDIT: Also can you provide your skse settings [spoiler] Text [/spoiler]

  14. Im not a SkyRe expert. I remember T3ndo saying sometimes multiple Reproccer patches are needed which is kinda difficult to keep track of. --Well for me anyhow-- I would say see if there is some sort of support over on the Nexus and if you get an answer then please share. There may be someone that knows how to fix that of here though. I would have to play around with it for awhile, which I might do. I'll post if I find anything, if I happen to try it out. So, watch this topic... Or you can wait for PerMa which is more/less SkyRe 2.0 but under a different title Sorry, I couldn't help more but at least you found the issue.

  16. Are you positive that you ran the reproccer so it can rebuild the patch Because that is weird
  17. That is not always true... If you are not that far in then I would restart but its up to you. But I understand :/
  18. reproccer is part of skyre and I would say its required ReProccer is a dynamic patcher just like DSR is So, it has similar needs maybe give these a look Maybe it is a know issue and one of those patches fix it... try it and report
  19. Just leave the DSR patch disabled Run Reproccer and enable it
