  1. If you have to install a mod with options there's a couple of ways of going about it. All are equally as valid. 1) Download and install the main mod file. Every option you install from the same mod page will then give you the option to MERGE it into the originally installed Mod, or to RENAME it. 2) Choose either option. If you MERGE it all into one, the version you'll see in MO will be the version of the MAIN mod. If you RENAME it, You can change the name to reflect that it's an optional file for the main mod.you can do something like this: * Main Mod File Name * Main Mod File Name- Optional 1 * Main Mod File Name - Optional 2 Both ways are equally as valid. Merging everything into one gives a cleaner and neater Left Hand Pane in MO. Renaming every optional gives you the change at a nutshell to see what's installed. Regards the other question about using MO for the original Skyrim and NMM for Skyrim Special Edition, yes you can do that and it's fine. I hate NMM with a passion and have determined to never use it. Hence I'm not modding Skyrim Special Edition until the guy who developed MO in the first place, and who is now working for Nexus on improving NMM actually gets the job done.
  2. I only LOOT order after every group of so of mods. Do all the UI mods, the LOOT, then do all the next group, Use LOOT etc. There's nothing inherently wrong in LOOTing after every mod, but no real need.
  3. Exactly what it says. Open up Xedit, load JUST Dyndolod.esp right click on the esp and select 'Clean masters'
  4. Am also fairly sure that running a Bashed patch with Requiem isn't the done thing.
  5. What's actually confusing you? It's telling you to find the records given by the numbers at the front then drag and drop values for such parameters as Female Height from the Race Adjustments column to the Requiem for the Indifferent column. Once you've done them all, close the program and save.
  6. Yeah it will. The easy way is to find the two ID's it says has the errors and fix it. It's not hard. You're looking to find the weight slider and enable it. That should fix the issue.
  7. Not sure how good this might be, but it's a page I had bookmarked a long time ago. https://daitools.freeforums.org/ Whether there's anything there at all?
  8. The FNIS output usually loads towards the end of the list, and Dual Sheath patcher output is always close to last.
  9. As I understand it, the ? mark ones are completely optional. If you cant find them, no big deal. With the second query I only ever bothered using the latest version.
  10. The missing files is just cause of the update. The support patch pack has been rolled into the Main file. Just means there'll need to be a change in the guide instructions.
  11. You'll usually only get an install screen if there's decisions to be made in terms of options etc. Otherwise the mod just installs to the 'mods' folder.
  12. The easy way to handle that is to make the new profile. Any mods that are installed differently from Requiem to YASH you name as such. Example: Mod A Requiem has different patches/options installed than Mod A in YASH. Rename the Requiem versions Mod A (Requiem) and the YASH one Mod A (YASH). That will give you two different copies of the same mod in your Mod Organiser mods file with the different names. Then you can sort the ones that aren't being used down the end of the left pane, and when all's done, just filter on active and you're fine.
  13. Make sure everything's stable and working first, then take a lash at SMC and beautification.
  14. With the first one, load up imp_helm_legend in XEdit. Look for those two IDs (The number behind the ARMA) and go to the part in question. You should be able to enable the weight slider through there. Cant help with the second one, though. Never had that issue.
  15. LOOT is handy to run and not sort so you can see at a glance if there's any plugins needing cleaning. And that's what I tend to use it for. But I also never 100% use what it tells me as a load order. Like Darth says it's good to get a rough order, then massage it to fit what you want to get.
  16. I actually got into TES5 Edit and fixed the issue with the plugin. It's not that tough if I recall. But don't merge until you've fixed it. If you read the error report there it essentially tells you how to fix it. Load up the plugin in question and look for those two ID's 0A0096A3 and 0003F7FF. Look for where the issue exists and Just enable the weight slider. From memory it's right click and enable. Been a while since I did it.
  17. You could have just reacquired them via STEAM and checking validity of the game cache.
  18. Firstly, did you actually download and apply an ENB Preset? If you're just using ENBoost and don't intend to use a preset, then that warning in red is fine and expected. If you are using a preset then you need to find in the ENBseries.ini file the following setting under the GLOBAL header: UseEffect=false, and change that to true. If you HAVE applied an ENB preset, then it is possible you've made an error as most ENB presets will come with their own customised ENBseries.ini file. You'll also need to adjust the ENBlocal file to suggested settings for the ENB.
  19. That's just a setup issue. Most likely is that you have UseEffect set to false so that just turns ENBoost on by itself.
  20. 99% of the time upgrading is unlikely to be an issue. There's a few things that have changed since then. Most notably how Frostfall and Campfire install from memory. If you want to use the new versions you'll likely be fine. If you run into any issues, come in here and ask. We'll help out when possible.
  21. Until other info comes along, you could always try just dropping all the zeroes. This is happening cause LOOT changed how it sets priority. Guides are still catching up. Try setting something like Priority 96 and work from there.
  22. You can rename archives so they confirm to what SMC wants and it seems to work fine in my experience. Especially when it just comes to version numbers.
  23. I'm guessing you mean above and not about? Try doing something with the global priority in LOOT to get it to behave.
  24. You might have been better off posting this as a separate topic in the General forum, actually. It's actually normal when starting up SKSE to get a small black window first and then the game window will open. You may hear the music first before you see the menu, but it's usually only a very short time. What confused you about the written SKSE instructions?
