If this is specific to the STEP Guide, follow LOOT. The STEP Patches are built around a LOOT sorted load order. -

Thanks! I've looked them over quickly and, you see, we really enjoy some of the changes from Ren's, which is why it's been around for so long. Since shrines are usually adorned objects, some of these changes are welcomed, while others go a bit over the top. I think when it comes down to it, neither are an ideal upgrade. -
