  1. There are images scattered around on this thread with some of the issues. Seams and gaps are the main ones; however, having a more fit, toned look is good too. Woman swinging those swords around is going to have some more definition than what vanilla provides. That's part of our reasoning for the Diverse Muscle Tone mod that we've been testing in our compilation.
  2. William has no plans on updating anytime soon.
  3. A lot of mods that have scripts which cue the game to be updated have MCM settings to control that update interval. Lanterns of Skyrim is one that STEP recommends to change as it cues the lanterns every 5 secs by default which is pointless since the majority of the time there is no change to them (on or off state). Changing this from 5 seconds to the STEP recommended 60 seconds will prevent the script from running as often (lighter script load) and doesn't effect the game in any way besides an up to one minute delay for the lanterns to turn on or off at their scheduled times; nothing that is going to be noticed while playing unless your purposely watching them and timing them...which isn't playing the game. This same can be done for this mod.
  4. That is referring to the default game INIs...not mod included INIs. It's perfectly clear. When optional files are to be installed, then don't we state to install those options? Yes, we do. If no optional files are to be installed, then we only state the files to install. It's common sense, not rocket science. If something isn't listed then don't install it if your aim is a strict STEP install. That's not to say that you couldn't install some optional files if you wanted to and you're not aiming for a strict STEP install. You're guessing correctly. It's not going to hurt anything with them being present in both places.
  5. This is at least the second time I've heard this...I must have skipped it in my reading. Where in the Guide does it mention no duplicate entries?
  6. The mod only changes the textures...any animations behind them are the same. The STEP choices are very similar to vanilla, albeit cleaned up and fixed. If anyone wants to try out the other choices, they're free to do so.
  7. Not those textures specifically, but rather the Creatures Pack from BoS conflicts with Bellyaches.
  8. I use the STEP baseline (1K). Must be the reason. You should hide it regardless.
  9. Are you using the 1K or 2K version?
  10. I'll let someone else handle this one. Fixed. Fixed. Added FOMOD instructions. Following the STEP FOMOD recommendation should result in no issues.
  11. Not sure where your confusion is. The FOMOD has the names of the towns for each selection. :O_o: I don't even have that file in my file tree... :O_o: Fixed.
  12. Fixed. (Someone did it without posting they fixed it.) Fixed. Fixed. We do not want the optional file to be installed.
  13. Wow...there has been a lot today. I'll attempt to address some of it in a bit. (Just got home from work.)
  14. We have mods here and there that don't fit the sections they're in. This would be no different...and we were going to make even more to resolve some of the PMOP. No point in debating sections. It makes more sense to put it where it needs to be loaded like the rest of the Guide is.
  15. I did not; however, what I said still applies. We moved DSR and FNIS because we were telling users to install it early and then move it later (which was confusing users and many would forget). We should be consistent and do the same with BSW.
  16. If that is the case, I suggest we move BSW down to section N for easy conflict resolution. Just mentioning to move it later after installing DSR is the whole reason we moved DSR and FNIS down to section N. Might as move BSW down there too.
  17. Curious because I don't have it set up this way nor is the Guide nor notes on the Guide nor does the LOOT meta have it set up this way. Was this overlooked during our testing and getting 2.2.9 ready?
  18. Nope, it was a 100% copy of my Testing installation which is working fine. I just deleted it and reset some things up. It's working now. It would seem something changed that made the program not so mobile anymore. Testing profile worked fine. A copy of it in a different location did not....granted it may not had anything to do with MO since only the patcher wasn't working on the copied installation.
  19. You're running MO 1.2.9 and you're exe looks like this?: Hmm...one MO installation is working and one is not... Looks like I'll need to completely delete and redo one of my installations.
  20. The Unofficial patches were the main culprits in testing and discussion.
  21. Has anyone run the patcher successfully since MO updated? Mine pops up say there are missing masters (Skyrim.esm and Update.esm).
  22. Oh...well, this is one of the first times I've had Convenient Horses installed with actual playtime. I don't use horses in the game so the mod is basically installed for nothing in my gameplay. I only install it to maintain a pure STEP.
  23. Bragging rights is it? I've been a part of, in one way or another, every release since 2.2.2. Got far more involved around 2.2.4.
