I'm just letting everyone know that asset use permissions are wide open for SMIM now. Authors can freely use the assets for their mods without needing to seek permission. Just be sure to give Brumbek credit for his amazing work! -

Pointer: You'll find the quest in xEdit under...Quest. Open up Skyrim.esm and expand Quest. Sort by Editor ID (click it at the top) and scroll down to MQ103. For the STEP Extended setup, there are only text changes to the quest. NSF:MQ is only making text changes as well and there are no script changes from that mod. That's about all I can tell you from a STEP standpoint. -

The STEP Compilation at a custom set of Billboards for SFO v1.87. If you're using a newer version of SFO, simply load those billboards after the STEP Compilation, as already suggested, and you'll be good to go. -

I agree with Shadriss. I feel we should drop Xenius's stuff altogether and replace it with something else. However, to answer your question. Yes, it would work if you install it correctly. -

The volcanic ash, dirtcliffs, and fieldgrass textures are being hid because they are ground textures (not much to do with flora) which are being provided by an earlier mod. The others are probably leftovers from after we incorporated a few mods in the STEP Compilation. I'm guessing here because those textures are only overwritten by the Compilation. Those last three remaining textures you can likely ignore, but I would hide the first six on the list. -

If it's a custom script and not an altered vanilla nor SKSE script (aka it's only included in that mod), then you can still use the same SKSE for all profiles. Having a custom script present will not affect anything in a profile that doesn't have a mod that uses the script. The script will just sit there unused by the game. If it is an altered vanilla or SKSE script, then you simply need to create a new mod with the scripts (be sure the entire folder structure is present) and place it directly below SKSE in your install order. -

1) You don't need a different install of SKSE for each profile. If each profile is for Skyrim, then you can run every profile from the same SKSE install. 2) Once you run FNIS, the files will go into the Overwrite folder. Simply right-click on Overwrite in your list and choose "create mod". Name it the same as your profile (XYZ FNIS Patch), place the new mod directly below FNIS, and activate it. Do this instead because you should keep files in your Overwrite folder. -

I just removed them. It's not going to matter for that mod anyway so you can skip it and make sure you add it later at the end of the Guide and rerun LOOT. Things are a bit messy right now.

Yeah, that doesn't look like missing facegen. That looks like something else...like lighting isn't affecting the textures. You didn't change any flags on the mesh did you?

I'd have to go through the process to see what is going on. The only thing I know that causes the dark faces is missing facegen textures.

I understand where your confusion is coming from. I apologize that I didn't explain better in my initial reply. I had limited time before leaving for work. The page you linked is not going to be accurate in terms of chronological order because we are changing the version scheme with the next release. The last few releases it has gotten away from us so we discussed it and will be re-implementing a more structured versioning scheme from here out. The new scheme can be read about here: https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:Versioning (if you can get wiki to load )

Dark face usually means you're missing the facegen data. When you save it in the CK, there should also be some facegen data that comes with it.

You can disable and re-enable ICAIO in the MCM now.
