  1. Please refer to this thread and provide the missing information.
  2. Looks good undoubtly. Is it stable and conflict free though...? Needs testing, but I'm tempted to try it out! Arthmoor's mods tend to be more or less spot on.
  3. That's a very nice find indeed!
  4. I would highly recommend this mod for STEP 2.2.8. I know what we're aiming for with 2.2.8, but this texture was not covered by any mod in STEP so far and I think it's time we have a nice Greybeard robe retex in STEP!
  5. https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/46885 This made into hot files on Nexus, so people have probably seen it already, but it's good to have a thread for it. These are hi res textures for Cloaks of Skyrim mod. Some are quite changed, some are just retextures of the originals. I checked it in game and they look really good! Highly recommended if you use CoS mod.
  6. Looks interesting, the question is - how will it blend in with other stuff. Keeping my eye on it.
  7. Glad you got it finally sorted :) Marking as solved.
  8. I can guarantee that you won't get a stable game with 255 plugins enabled. Ever. Save yourself some frustration and start trimming your modlist down now :)
  9. I haven't got XMP, as I have AMD CPU, and it's my understanding that you it's not for AMD. ::EDIT:: I do all the config manually in BIOS.
  10. I have 8GB Corsair Vengeance sticks, but... I can't remember at what speed they run... I think they're 1600's. I think I did set them up as per spec, but I'll check again when I'm back home. I do remember having some issues when I first installed them, but I looked into them and reconfigured them in BIOS. Saying that, I updated my BIOS recently, so there is a possibility of the setting going back to default maybe. Good point, thanks Nearox! Never thought of that!
  11. Check your skyrimprefs.ini in MO/Profiles folder for the profile you use. There is screen resolution and full screen mode settings there. I cannot recall exaclty, but it's something like enablefullscreen=0. 0 means your game will open in a window, 1 will make it open full screen. Right below that setting are 2 values for screen resolution. I'd say you have it set to NOT full screen and lower resolution than your desktop, so it's opening in a window and that window is smaller size than your desktop.
  12. The CTD you experience after starting up a game looks like a missing master file. Run Wrye Bash through MO and look for plugins marked with dark red colour (the tickboxes on the left hand side). Then highlight the marked plugin and on the right hand side pane you'll have Masters window. Look in there to see what master is missing for this plugin. If there are no missing masters, we'll then look further. As for ENB - did you try using any other ENB? It may be possible that it's not compatible with your drivers? I am not an expert when it comes to ENB though, so I'm just guessing here.
  13. Good feedback, thanks. With massive compilations like this one you're almost guaranteed to get at least a few tracks that won't fit. If you're going to try JDR, make sure you'll get Dawnguard patch I made for it (it's available on the mod page) - if you have it. Otherwise some DG tracks will be replaced by JDR's.
  14. Good conversation here :) Well, I will be testing my RAM first, then move on. Re OC and Prime95: My previous CPU was AMD Phenom II Black Edition, with 1 or 2 cores locked - can't remember now, it's been a while. Unfortunately both were malfunctioning and I wasn't able to use them when unlocked, so I OC'd my CPU a little, and that's when I tested it with Prime95. I didn't to extensive 24-h test, but I ran it for about 8-10 hrs or so. I have a decent ThermalTake PSU, I'm sure it can take on a lot, or so my testing proved. But anyway, thanks for all advice, it's much appreciated - and I learn a lot as well, as I'm not really an expert in these matters :)
  15. It's about time!
  16. Is IBT compatible with AMD CPUs?
  17. Will keep that in mind. IIRC it's more to test stability after OC'ing, isn't it? I'm not an expert in those matters.

  19. @OP Please familiarise yourself with this post.
  20. Thanks. I used to use Prime95 when I was testing OC stability about a year ago, so may give that a try as well.
  21. Using ENBoost will help you as well. You don't have to use the actual ENB, as this will probably kill your framerate, but you can switch it off in game using Shift+F12 or by setting one of enblocal.ini records to FALSE - but I can't recall what it was called now. Something like usegraphicenhancement or similar.
  22. Thanks all for your advice! I'll run MemTest86 or + tonight, see what happens... I really hope my RAM is not knackered, as I only bought it about 6 months ago or so :/ Unfortunately my other half who can be... oblivious to some things sometimes shall we say, did some ironing in a small room where my PC was sat at the time, after we moved in to our new house. She ironed thick curtains. I walked into the room and... was blinded by the amount of STEAM that was in there! It was thick as fog! I nearly cried, I grabbed my PC and took it out of there but I have suspicion that some components may have been damaged by humidity and the steam :( My keyboard didn't work for about 2 days, it was that bad. I didn't use my PC for a few days, so it could dry out, but after re-installing the OS recently, I am now getting BSOD every time I switch the PC on. It's weird, as it's only first time when it starts. Windows loads up, I enter my password and then in about 5-10 minutes BSOD will happen. After the PC restarts itself, it's working fine. Until I switch it off. I turn Sleep Mode now instead of switching it off, but I was also getting BSOD recently when playing Path of Exile (and only with that game), so I finally decided it's time to sort this out! I want to start testing with RAM and then move on to CPU and MoBo. I write all this in case anyone will have a better idea how to tackle this?
  23. Then this should be reported to BOSS team, isn't it? So that GDO should be loaded before W&A and no need for an unnecessary ESP. Depends which ESP we're talking about. GDO esp will always be required, as it refers to some edits that GDO introduces IIRC, and W&AF combines it's changes with GDO's. W&AF also replaces couple of GDO esp's with its own ones. You won't get a free esp slot here by messing with load order unfortunately, and there is nothing to report to BOSS team.
  24. Nice one, thanks Will. I'll check it out when I'm back home.
