Bethesda stops Skyrim Development
rpsgc replied to torminater's topic in General Skyrim LE Discussion & Support
No more DLC = There goes the main reason to keep playing. Yeah, yeah, the experience, role-playing, blah blah. I've done everything there is to do in multiple playthroughs with different characters. :ox: -
ACCEPTED Burn Freeze Shock Effects (by pauderek)
rpsgc replied to stoppingby4now's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
v3.5 Added Dragonborn supportAdded option to activate/deactivate the mod, from now on it is recommended to use this function before uninstalling the mod.Added "burned zombies" option, use it to determine if the effects are removed or not from resurrected npcs. Despite the name it affects frost and shock effects too.Added option to choose how enchanted weapons will cause the effects (deactivated, same as spells or random).Performance improvement for the scripts. -

Someone removed 'Brawl Bugs Patch' from the mod list. Maybe someone confused 'Brawl Bugs Patch' with 'Barrow Button Fix'. Besides what Wormheart said: 'Diverse Priests' and 'Skyrim Improved Puddles' are not in the list. According to their pages they've been accepted/are included. 'Diverse Priests' was accepted more than a week ago.

The skeleton for Dual Sheath Redux?
-
It's a SKSE plugin, I don't know where you got the idea that it has an .esp.
-
Dual Sheath Redux Patch.jar --> "There was an exception thrown during program execution: 'java.lang.NullPointerException' Check the debug logs". Apparently it started working on its own? Maybe the patcher is capricious. I'm testing it with a certain 'Neovalen Custom Skeleton Pack' mod. Mysterious mod, disappeared without a traceÂ

Not all 'all'. All of his, but not all of Skyrim's. -
ACCEPTED Even Better Quest Objectives (by whickus & updated by William Imm)
rpsgc replied to WilliamImm's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
WilliamImm, Maybe you could upload a 'STEP Edition' that includes all the compatibility patches for mods that are a part of STEP (The Choice is Yours, Non-Essential Children, the Paarthurnax Dilemma and Better Skill and Quest Books Names), perhaps even including the main file too? It would get rid of a bunch of .esp files. -
If it doesn't have an .esp/.esm then it's loose files. If it's loose files it can't be ordered (nor does it need to be).

DROPPED Lockpick Inventory Remodel (by born2bkilled)
rpsgc replied to stoppingby4now's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
No >: Why don't you compare SMIM to Lockpick Inventory Remodel? :ox: -
This is not a 1:1 compare. Something else has also been changed in the second screen ... ENB maybe? Anyway, we can't use this as a direct compare.Whatever.

DROPPED Not Another Colored Map Icon Mod (by Shiva64)

It's not a requirement, it's a recommendation. It's mention in this notice: https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.2#STEP_2 -
DROPPED Not Another Colored Map Icon Mod (by Shiva64)
rpsgc replied to Farlo's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
It doesn't need to be installed afterwards. Loose files (which are what my mod is comprised of), are always made as the primary files if there was a conflicting file inside of a .bsa etc. I actually asked about this sort of thing when I was getting ready to make the patches, as I was confused about how to do it properly. I've installed SkyUI first, and then my mod and then patch, as well as my mod first, the patch, and then SkyUI. It works eitherway because of loose files being considered first (I'm actually playing my current save with this latter order and it's working just fine). I have it added in the descriptions now for both patches to install them IF you already have SkyUI 3.2 installed just incase, but it shouldn't matter eitherway from what I've been seeing. However, thanks for providing the updated info here! But some clarification does need to be done regarding this specific issue. It shouldn't matter either way, but if there was an actual issue that popped up for someone else, then it's something they can try out! The STEP guide recommends that users extract the BSA files so what Kelmych said applies to those who do it ;) -
To fix stuttering, try this mod: Simple Borderless Window (from https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.2#3.A.5._Using_Windowed_Mode_.28ATI.29) Read its instructions carefully.

v4 has been removed by the author, so, no point in comparing v3 to v4. https://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1366563-relz-unique-region-names/page__view__findpost__p__22363544 https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/646976-unique-region-names/?p=7544483 He's also asking if anyone is willing to take over development of the mod: https://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1448836-would-anyone-take-over-work-on-my-mod/

lol. Excuse for what exactly? I learned in school, that the far most people in medieval times did not wear any underwear. So with this concept in my mind, I just expect them to be nude under their main cloth. If thats not the case and I find some shiny golden bras and slips instead, Im confused. That is all. Then your teacher is a liar.
