  1. I have the 'Signature' checkbox below enabled and I chose the 'Enable my signature in all of my existing posts.' setting in my User CP, but the signature is still not showing up. Why? Another 'side-effect' of the "Mod Author" group?
  2. You could also add 'Dragonborn' to the DLC list. It's only a few days away and pre-orders are available.
  3. Skyrim.ini I think? I see it mentioned a lot on the web as 'iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure' (notice the missing t?). I don't know if it's a typo or the actual correct name :?
  4. I can only think of: iMaxGrassTypesPerTexture iGrassDensityEvalSize
  5. "We fix issues that affect the lighting and also include the wonderful Particle Patch by Mindflux. This means you will no longer need shadow striping fixes mod, removed interior fog mods, mods that fix lighting placements, missing lights and so forth." Intredasting!
  6. New version:
  7. 'Relighting Skyrim - Dawnguard' (I'm not sure about the regular version) fixes shadow striping.
  8. ^Waste of talent methinks. But yes, the video was funny.
  9. Gee, thanks for reminding me of how sad the state of modding is :( (nude this, sexy that, revealing whatnot *sigh*)
  10. ELFX removes and/or moves candles, horns and other light fixtures in almost all locations. Hence the hundreds or so meshes.

  12. No, I disabled RCRN, ENB and any ENB related mods (fog, cave darkness, etc.) I've always preferred 'Relighting Skyrim'. It does so much with just a small file, it covers interior and exterior light sources. It doesn't overdo it and now with --JawZ-- helping NovakDalton it's going to cover all DLC and get even better. I'll get a few more comparison screenshots in a moment. All these were taken inside Helgen Keep (cave): Vanilla » Relighting Skyrim » ELFX Vanilla » Relighting Skyrim » ELFX Vanilla » Relighting Skyrim » ELFX
  13. The Unofficial Skyrim Patch has already fixed that.
  14. I'll be honest here, I'm not too fond of 'Enhanced Lights and FX', no matter how much better than the rest people say it is. It changes hundreds of meshes and that is just begging for countless mod conflicts (and a pain in the ass to uninstall). 15. Skyrim Configuration Menu by Rev https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/30250 This nifty little mod allows you to change certain settings from within the game. The author says the changes are saved within the script and that it doesn't actually alter the .ini files (but that shouldn't be a problem, right?). As of now, the following settings are available but the author is looking for feedback and opinions to make the list grow: (author notes in italic) - Depth of Field: On/Off - Radial Blur: Low, Medium, High - Max decals: 0-500 (not sure on actual maximum) - Quest Markers: On/Off - Compass: On/Off - Mouse Acceleration: On/Off (couldn't ever tell the difference, even doing it manually; need some feedback on this one) - Max Particles: 0-950 (not sure on actual maximum) The mod might be a little raw right now but I think it has a lot of potential. So, let's watch its progress.
  16. Press the button on the bottom row to the right of the PHP icon and then paste the image URL.

  19. Thanks for using that icon, I just cleaned it up to get rid of the white edges and re-uploaded it. Let me know (in the Features and Requests forum) if you come across any others. 20. Nah, I'm pretty sure it was Farlo's minions.
  21. You should see all the Admin-only threads we have piled up in the back room :DSo it was retribution! You moved the 2.2.1 thread to somewhere I couldn't get in to! It's a conspiracy!!!! :@
  22. I don't think Boris cares enough about his 'fans' to do be arsed to do something like that.
  23. I'll never peek into the admin's lounge window again. :yucky:
  24. Because you have an NVIDIA card. Most people with an AMD card see a big performance drop. https://forum.step-project.com/showthread.php?tid=744&pid=16062#pid16062
