I think this one will have to wait till after things settle from USLEEP.

Who's actually been able to test it? I have not this worklord for these classes I'm taking is going to kill me.
-
You'll be able to run it probably around 30-40 FPS outdoors if you tweak your ini settings properly. I'd recommend following the recommendations in this guide just don't add the REGS mods if you don't have a REGS install. https://wiki.step-project.com/Pack:Guide_to_Run_SRLE_with_REGS_on_Medium_Systems

Did you read DoubleYou's last post or just ignore it?

This situation you are trying to explain sounds very... odd to me. Maybe try re-explaining?

So. This music video changed my day. At first I was only listening to it from my library but I decided to look the video up, and man does it change things. I guess I kind of glossed over a few things after it had assimilated itself so well into my library. If you don't know Japanese (or aren't conversational) I recommend enabling captions for at least some better understanding. Even if you don't understand it I think the beat and such are good enough for ambiance.

Bashed Patch keeps crashing my game
phazer11 replied to Scythiss's question in General Skyrim LE Support
This Bashed Patch is crashing in conjunction with Perkus Maximus yes? That's what that video seems to be about so if you're following it to the letter and it's telling you to use a specific mod or uses one as an example and you're using it without Perkus Maximus (haven't watched) then that'd be your issue. Are you? -
IT's to be done in Illustrator, or InDesign CC. I know the tricks it's the constraints and ideas of how to tie it together that are eluding me. As I said I can't pay for various reasons, many of said reasons include large sums of money, due to recent issues and idk how I'm going help to pay for it all Mom says I don't need to help with it but it's for my dad among other things. Last I heard she was trying to figure out where the money was going to come from.

Sadly it's 2D Sparrow. As far as why it's hard it's the amount of other work in the class and the others I'm taking and the troubles I've been having recently. There are several required elements that have to be in each piece such as a specific logo, the type treatment, and a range of background images that can be screened. The design has to be applicable and consistent across a range of products Museum size roll up banners, a web banner, a book cover, brochure, bag, and on a box.

Ok so without going into much detail things have been going real shittily for me lately (rather not say on the open forums for among other reasons it would distress some of my friends). So, anyways I'm in Advanced Typography for this semester and among other things I have a major project due (on top of the other work which overlaps). Now due to these issues I'm having trouble concentrating and applying myself and my ideas haven't been the best. I'm real worried I'm not going to get the project done on time and if I do it will tank my grade and scholarship. Among other reasons I have to pass this particular class as I would take this instructor for every class if I could. If anyone works with Typography for a living and wouldn't mind helping me out (I'm unfortunately unable to give anything for your time due to above issues) but I could use someone as a sounding board and maybe for some examples. The instructor is trying to help but we only meet once a week and through email and there are 30-40 people in the class and she works 9-5 as a freelance designer (she gives comments on pdfs and usually responds fairly timely to emails) So once I actually have something I can email her but right now I don't really have much and I feel like I've been hitting my head on a brick wall for this project. Anyone interested please PM me or pop in the IRC chat in my signature and I'll pop us into a private channel or something.

Could you give us a screenshot of the issue so we're sure what you're saying?

I little graphics improvment (nvidia users)
phazer11 replied to bekcicandrej's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Well you should customize your ENB settings anyways. There's a few ENB settings guides on the wiki I recommend you read them and also customize your normal skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini for better performance. -
Never said anything about Waterfox being slow on start up but it was slow while browsing, in fact I couldn't care less how long it takes to open. I'm guessing from your previous post saying it wasn't working so great at one point last year that that is the time I retried it, it was slow and used more memory even with lower number of tabs open. Don't know what this "Hello" feature is though.
-
Yes I did quit using Waterfox when he (Alex) didn't update it for a year tried it again when I guess it was in that slow period you mentioned. I also noticed it had more of a memory bloat. I usually have a few hundred tabs open at any given time things I'm following, class research, video etc. so the bloat was a noticeable 500mb higher than Cyberfox. I usually read the update notes myself (there may have been one I missed will have to go back and see if I can find it) I'd be interested if you could dig up those threads.
-
I'm curious as to when you tested Cyberfox and where you got your information. I did fairly exhaustive research on the matter back when I was picking my 64 bit variant and never came across this, I was previously using Waterfox previously as I'm also a member on OCN but gave up on it when the author hadn't updated it in like a year. I use uBlock Origin, Request Policy, NoScript, Disconnect, HTTPS Everywhere and a User Agent Spoofer.

phazer11 replied to bekcicandrej's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Yeah you have the same card I do basically. It's a 3GB right? If so max of 2k for exterior textures (I use 2k with 1k normals usually). Don't use any silly 4k textures, anywhere in the exterior world in the interior a few won't hurt. -
Dude. First off what happened to the $800 budget you gave me the other day? I thought you were going to be frugal with it. This is the build in case you lost it: Link. I told you before there is no point in upgrading your cpu or motherboard. Unless you're wanting an i7 in which case your board is probably still fine (you said your build is from last year). I doubt skylake will be worth the upgrade. If you insist on spending more money at least be sensible about it I'll add a few things in a separate build. Also sorry I haven't been in the IRC something is wrong with my Visual C++ package and I haven't had a chance to fix it.

I'm totally going to use that to disable all the scenic views man. Kappa. Thanks.

Turning off those two would increase performance. However that's mostly ambient occlusion as that has to do with dynamic (sort of) shadows and shadows are performance intensive. You may notice issues with textures from turning subsurface scattering off though, mostly skin textures I believe IIRC. Thanks for the tip about the color, if I ever go dual screen I wonder if outputting through a DVI->HDMI adapter would allow the effect to work on both. -
How do you mean?

Yes for the mod to be active you need to download it. Install it and then click the checkbox next to the mod name in the left pane.

pack Perkus Maximus (PerMa - PaMa) Pack
phazer11 replied to phazer11's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
Already helped him out a bit in chat. Proper work on the guide is not looking to happen till around Thanksgiving based on my course load. Got discouraged when I saw T3nd0's post around the time I was going to update. -
I'm glad to hear about 2.6 proof of concept too. Waiting for FF3.0 and more time before trying it. My 'monitor' is 32" but I'd probably have a few if it weren't for the fact my desk won't hold another and I don't have the wall space lol.
