No stamina regeneration wearing heavy armor TTRSO
dreadflopp replied to hardtroll's question in General Skyrim LE Support
No it shouldn't, that's why I'm thinking you have another mod that adds to the stamina regeneration penalty. -
No stamina regeneration wearing heavy armor TTRSO
dreadflopp replied to hardtroll's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Something is strange. Make sure to look through all active effects and see if you have anything that lowers stamina regeneration which could help you pin point which mod it is. Do you use frostfall? High exposure in frostfall lowers stamina regen. -

Do you use any other mods that could change stamina regen rate? Any race mods or combat mods? You could download SkyTweak. It gives you lots of information and lets you tweak stamina regen rate. -

The bash tag Relev lets the plugin add back items that were removed from the master levelled list in skyrim.esm. New items will be added from mods whether they have the relev tag or not. Adding the relev tag to morrowloot.esp adds back items that the unofficial patches removes from Skyrim.esm. The orc stuff etc should be added without Relev since its new (not an exact copy of the entry in the master). I will double check this and if I'm wrong I'll make a replacement for morrowloots lvl list but I don't think its necessary. -

=== Changelog === * 15-03-14 Updated patches and replacement plugins again because of CCOR update * 15-03-14 Updated install instructions for Cloaks of Skyrim and Complete crafting overhaul. Update again, this time because of Complete crafting overhaul. New replacement for the leveled list from CCOR. Do not install the leveled list plugin from Weapons and armor fixes. Use the one from CCOR instead (or actually my replacement for that). -

Saw that and been busy with it a while...will look into your problems with enchanting later. For now: === Changelog ===* 15-03-14 Updated patches and replacement plugins to reflect changes in Weapons and armor fixes remade 5.1* 15-03-14 Updated merging instructions with links to Neovalens guide* 15-03-14 Removed Bash tag Relev from Morrowloot 4E I am also busy trying to get Disparity to work for me. If anyone wants to try it, load it before TTRSO. Open Endgame NPC overhaul in TES5Edit and delete the record 00013747 from it.Disparity works great for me if I'm starting a new game. If adding it to an existing save, first remove aurora and imperious. Cleaning the save with save game cleaner might be necessary. If you want the skill stat changes from disparity races you need to manually add them with the console. The class system works perfectly on an existing save. What doesn't work for me is the standing stones. I get vanilla blessing from the standing stones. If I add a blessing through the MCM menu (birthsign) I get the Disparity version though. Really strange. -
pack A Real Explorer's Guide to Skyrim
dreadflopp replied to CJ2311's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
SPERG has som incompabilities with weapon and armour fixes and the unofficial patches are outdated (if nothing has changed). You can still use it though, the conflicts are minor. There is also TTRSO, which I highly recommend. And as mentioned Perma. If you decide to use SPERG or TTRSO you can use patches from my pack that patches those mods against STEP (with the exception of SPERG and weapons and armour fixes). No patches against REGS is needed. -

I stopped supporting BOSS and moved to LOOT when STEP did. The old BOSS rules are left in the guide but I'm going to remove them eventually. I have had stripped down versions of the STEP patches uploaded on the forums/wiki but decided to let users edit the patches themselves instead since not all users might want to exclude the same mods that I do. Most mods are excluded to make room for other scripted mods. -

I can highly recommend TTRSO. You'll get better balance and consistency if sticking to one skill overhaul. If you want to mix different skill/perk mods, TTRSO is still a good choice since it's like an enhanced and balanced version of vanilla. -

I'll check if enchanting works as it should for me. Off to work soon though, will try this later today hopefully. You could check if it works without TTRSO in the meantime though. If it does, try with TTRSO again but move it later in the load order. I'm not sure about the enchanting mechanics, but it could be dependent on keywords. If so, keywords could be missing from the items you try to enchant. You could use the console to get the FormIds of the items and check in Tes5Edit if any vanilla keywords are missing. -

Iron and steel and steel smithing are automatic perks from SPERG. Disable smithing in MCM if you want to install smithing perks overhaul. -

SKYRIMLE NSFW: Lore-friendly Bodies
dreadflopp replied to Harpalus's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
I think this is very interesting. Most guides/recommendations regarding body mods focus on female breast size and making the characters look photoshopped. STEP has recommendations for male body textures and will (probably) feature female body textures once EssArrBees textures are finished. Expanding on this or give a different vision is the purpose of packs and I think that is exactly what this pack would to. The change to women of skyrim especially would be considered a fix, it is that important. In the world of Skyrim/Tamriel there is no difference between males and females when it comes down to fighting capabilities and there are a lot of female warriors/soldiers/bandits etc. These should of course have the weight slider change muscle size, not breast size. Pumping Iron sounds really good for immersion. CNHF looks good to me, but I am not really good at body mods and have no recommendations on my own. -
Conflict resolution help Disparity - TTRSO
dreadflopp replied to dreadflopp's question in xEdit Support
Thanks for both of your answers. I'll let TTRSO overwrite then. Was thinking about changing TTRSO in 1) to multiply (twice as many hits) but in TTRSO you can put another perk point in concentrated poison which gives three times as many hits with the poison. Using this with the new serpent stone might be op. I'm off to try Disparity then, the mod looks excellent Kryptopyr. Thanks! -
I need some conflict resolution help if anyone has some time and some insights. The conflicting mods are Kryptopyrs new mod Disparity and TTRSO - TheThirdRace Skill Overhaul by TheThirdRace. 1) Ideas? Use TTRSO and change Set value to Multiply value? I don't really know what they do. 2) Use Disparity, use EFIT - magnitude from TTRSO as well as adding the new effect from TTRSO that gives experience to speech when using shouts? 3) Any ideas about these?

I don't mind some sidetracking on the thread. I think you should go for making a pack. I think there are interest in such a pack. Start a thread with some ideas to get feedback. I am very interested in this since I don't have enough knowledge about body mods myself. "Compatibility" with STEP and SR:LE is easy since it would overwrite textures from those with your vision. As for NSFW, better males is included in STEPS with a NSFW warning. Most NSFW mods have SFW options. Read about Toxicity on another page (pumping iron maybe?). Sounds very interesting. Going to install it and try. Sounds like it fits great into this pack. Backup movement speed reduction sounds interesting to. I am one of those that needs to eliminate all exploits cause I can't avoid using them -

I'm skipping pumping iron for this pack. Someone should make a pack with custom bodies and physics extensions that doesn't focus on breasts. Pumping iron would fit in such a pack. -

Have you tried pumping iron with a female character? From what I read it works better with male characters. -

It has always been a gameplay overhaul. The most incompatible mod in the pack is morrowloot, which sets the tone for the pack with deleveled loot. The main inspiration at the beginning was requiem but we wanted something more compatible with other mods we wanted, like different skill mods. Since me and Nicopad had different views on which skill mods to use we decided to keep it modular. The name modular morrowloot overhaul comes from this. To be honest, I do not like the name but it is not that important. The important thing is the content. I do this pack mainly for myself. Without proper documentation (this pack) I would forget what I have installed and why and what goes where etc. By keeping it public I get very good feedback on what is good and what is bad as well as on bugs. Without feedback the pack would never have gotten this good, which I think it is. By keeping it public others can enjoy this which is great and awesome. But the pack would be here even if no one used it. Back to the name. I have thinking of changing it but I don't know if its necessary and it might just confuse people. -

The problem with this is that if the followers are to powerful they will do all the killing and you will feel your character is weak. This can imo be boring. It's better to balance the game in other ways. I'm going to try without RotE and see if it balances the game somewhat for me since the bosses are to hard atm. === Changelog === * 15-03-08 Modified instructions for Better Leveling * 15-03-08 Updated install instructions for TTRSO, updated patches, updated MCM settings for iNeed I am going to try PermaZones which sounds promising. I have read the articles about (but not yet installed) Kryptopyrs new mod, Disparity. Really like the looks of it. Need to decide what to use in this, Dispaity standing stones vs Aurora. Disparity races vs Imperious. Enai Siaion has lots of 1/d powers in his mods whereas Kryptopyr has passive abilities. I'm leaning towards using Kryptopyrs. Any thoughts?
